LIKE ALL JCB AGRI LOADALLS, THE 526-56 AND 527-58 ARE DESIGNED TO OFFER CLASS-LEADING PRODUCTIVITY. THAT MEANS YOU CAN EXPECT SUPERLATIVE PERFORMANCE, VERSATILITY, VISIBILITY, CYCLE TIMES AND ERGONOMICS. Freedom of movement. 1 The 526-56 and 527-58 Loadalls are extremely manoeuvrable; the compact height, width and length – coupled to a short wheelbase and large steering lock angles – save you valuable travel time on site. 2 With 4WD as standard, you get plenty of traction and performance even in soft, muddy areas – particularly with optional limited slip diffs. On the 526-56 if you want to minimise tyre wear during roading, you can always switch to 2WD. 1 2 Raising the bar. 3 Compared to our Tier 3 engines, we’ve improved power by 9% to 81kW (109hp), and torque by 3.3% to 512Nm. 4 These Loadalls are fitted with class-leading single lever controls, as well as flow sharing hydraulics. This ensures fatigue-free operation, optimum cycle times and precise operation. 4 AGRI LOADALL 526-56/527-58 3 2 4 PERFORMANCE AND PRODUCTIVITY Versatility as standard. 5 Our quickhitch feature makes attachment changing fast and easy. It’s compatible with many coupling options including JCB Q-fit and JCB Tool Carrier. 6 You can switch between three steering modes – two-wheel steer for roading, four-wheel steer for working in tight spaces, and crab steer for manoeuvring close to walls and buildings. 7 Braking is light, smooth and responsive; a selectable transmission dump on the foot brake of the 526-56 provides superb multi-functioning and increased power during loading or rehandling. 8 For added versatility, both of these telehandlers have a standard-fit single boom auxiliary feature to power attachments. 5 6 7 8 AGRI LOADALL 526-56/527-58 5 We’ve fitted a tough U-shaped boom pressing with fully welded closing plates. For extra strength, we’ve minimised the number of joints and stress points across our integrated boom nose. STRENGTH AND DURABILITY. IN ORDER TO BE TRULY EFFICIENT, THE 526-56 AND 527-58 LOADALLS ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE MAXIMUM SERVICE LIFE. AS SUCH, THEY’RE MADE FROM TOP QUALITY COMPONENTS USING PREMIUM MANUFACTURING PROCESSES. 1 The boom on these Loadalls is mounted low in the chassis, providing an extremely rigid structure and maximum over-the-shoulder visibility. Tough boom design. 1 For ultimate strength and durability, we’ve built in large boom overlaps of up to 1m. Made to work hard. 2 Our entire Agri Loadall range benefits from a stringent testing programme to ensure the chassis, boom, transmission and other key components are more than up to the job. 3 At JCB, we make our own hydraulic cylinders, cabs, axles, transmissions and engines, with everything designed to work in perfect harmony for optimum reliability. 4 To protect our Loadalls from corrosion over the long term, we dip the cab in electrophoretic alloy before painting it. 6 AGRI LOADALL 526-56/527-58 2 3 4 STRENGTH AND DURABILITY Built-in protection. 5 Lift, tilt and extension rams on a 526-56 and 527-58 are held in place by keyhole castings for even greater structural integrity. 6 The one-piece fully welded chassis maximises strength and minimises weight. Heavy-duty axle feet help the 526-56 and 527-58 to absorb the immense stresses generated during continuous heavy material rehandling applications. 5 6 AGRI LOADALL 526-56/527-58 7 SLICK OPERATION. INTUITIVE AND COMFORTABLE TO OPERATE, THE JCB 526-56 AND 527-58 BOAST THE MOST ERGONOMIC CABS IN THE BUSINESS, ENABLING YOU TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR MACHINE AND THE OPERATOR, MAXIMISING PRODUCTIVITY. Comfortably in control. 1 We’ve improved the cab of these pocket-sized handlers; among several welcome updates, it now boasts new instruments and a hi-res 9cm (3.5in) TFT operator interface for an intuitive automotivestyle layout. 1 2 For ergonomic, fast and precise control, the 526-56 and 527-58 are fitted with single lever servo control and proportional auxiliaries. 3 Backlit switches are crystal clear, even in the dark. 4 The 7-speed fan heater creates the most comfortable, productive working environment. 8 AGRI LOADALL 526-56/527-58 2 3 4 SLICK OPERATION On the move. 5 JCB’s Smoothride System (SRS) cushions shocks from the boom, improving load retention and increasing operator comfort (and therefore productivity) when travelling at speed on the road or on uneven fields. 6 Stepless hydrostatic transmission – fitted as standard to the 527-58 – provides superb control, great tractive effort, fast acceleration and a top speed of up to 40km/h. 7 An easily adjustable tilting steering column creates the perfect driving position in your Loadall, 5 8 Column mounted forward and reverse and twist grip gear changes on the 526-56 and hydrostatic stepless gear change on the 527-58 allow you to change gears, speed and direction quickly and easily with one ergonomic control. On the new 527-58 the transmission responsiveness and ease of use have been improved. Tortoise mode has increased to 8kph to improve rehandling performance. 6 7 8 AGRI LOADALL 526-56/527-58 9 By producing high levels of power and torque even at engine speeds as low as 1300 –1400rpm, EcoMAX can provide fuel-efficient matching of transmission and hydraulics. A SOUND INVESTMENT. THE 526-56 AND 527-58 ARE DESIGNED TO GIVE YOU THE MAXIMUM POSSIBLE RETURN ON YOUR INVESTMENT, WITH FUEL-EFFICIENT JCB ENGINES, UNPARALLELED RESALE VALUE AND LOW RUNNING COSTS ALL PART OF THE PACKAGE. 1 2 3 EcoMAX efficiency. 1 Our latest T4i Loadalls – including the 526-56 and 527-58 – are products of the JCB Efficient Design programme and their EcoMAX engines use up to 13.4% less fuel than our Tier 3 units.* EcoMAX can be adapted to run on lower-grade fuels, making these Loadalls resalable across different territories, with a corresponding boost to residuals. 2 Electronic high-pressure common rail fuel injection improves economy whilst maintaining excellent power and torque; a new electronicallymanaged hydrostatic transmission on the 527-58 means you can really make the most of that power. *527-58 Based on re-handling duty cycle versus the Tier 3 units. 10 AGRI LOADALL 526-56/527-58 Ultimate value for money. 3 A JCB 526-56 or 527-58 is a great asset in so many respects, not least financially – huge global demand, plus legendary productivity, plus superb build quality equals maximum resale value. We fit a Thatcham-approved security system (depending on territory), which means you could benefit from lower insurance premiums. 4 The new variable-speed cooling fan reduces noise and fuel consumption, while improved upward air expulsion reduces dust build-up. 3 4 LESS SERVICING, MORE SERVICE. Our JCB EcoMAX engine doesn’t use exhaust after-treatment, so there’s no need for costly heat-resistant lube oils or AdBlue; in turn, you save on servicing costs. All daily checks and greasing on the 526-56 and 527-58 can be carried out at ground level. NATURALLY, YOU WANT YOUR 526-56 OR 527-58 TO SPEND AS MUCH TIME AS POSSIBLE AT WORK, NOT BEING WORKED ON; THAT’S WHY THESE AGRI LOADALLS HAVE LONG SERVICE INTERVALS. AND, WHEN ROUTINE MAINTENANCE DOES NEED TO BE CARRIED OUT, YOU’LL FIND THAT IT’S EASY AND QUICK TO DO. Safe operation. 1 The filters on a 526-56 or 527-58 (engine oil, hydraulic oil and fuel) are easily accessed for simple, fast servicing. The air filter is easily accessible, and its double-element design simplifies cleaning. 1 2 You can access the battery on these Loadalls easily (and without specialist tools) via a lockable cover that’s opened with the ignition key. Long-life components. 3 A dry lubricant system means an Agri Loadall’s wear pads are extremely durable, with service intervals of 500 hours. 4 To ensure longevity, we’ve tested our EcoMAX engines for 110,000 hours in 70 different machines across the toughest applications and environments. 2 3 4 AGRI LOADALL 526-56/527-58 11 SAFETY AND SECURITY.
