Welcome to the all new Jet Tec website. Jet Tec are pleased to announce the launch of our fantastic new website. We have some great new features that we are excited to tell you about. This user guide will explain how to use the website, highlighting the new features, step by step.
Home Page A more approachable home page welcomes you to the site, with a hero slider displaying new products. A strong focus has been given to keeping you informed with a “What’s New” section and latest tweets.

New and Improved Search Click on “Search Ink” or “Search Toner” and you will launch our new and improved product search. You can choose to search by: 1. Make, Family & Model drop down menus Simply select your printer, family & model number then click the Search button. Results will be displayed in a list. N.B. All 3 fields need to be populated for the
search to function.
2. Typing a product or printer number into the pre-emptive search field
You can enter any cartridge number, eg. TN and the results will be pre-empted in a drop down menu that will get smaller the more you type.
3. Choosing your Manufacturer from the logo buttons This will display all our products for the chosen brand
or you can look in the most popular box at the bottom of the page.

Product Details Page When you have found your cartridge, you will find all the details about it on the product detail page. All of the products key information is here such as, Dosage/Yield, Colour, Compatibility, Extralife and more. At the bottom of the page you will find related products. Where applicable this will show all other products within the same product range.

Trade Login Login to the Trade Area (if you require a login, speak to your Account Coordinator) and the following options will be available. There are some great new features that allow you to create your own bespoke POS, email campaigns and web banners. We provide a planogram builder as well as links to our won POS and product library.
Jet Tec point of sale A library with a range of posters, out of stock cards, flyers and certificates ready to download and print at your convenience.
Jet Tec image library Library with the full range of Jet Tec product images. To download, right click on an image and choose ‘save as’.

Trade Login Create your own posters Design and print your own customised posters. They are simple to create and allow you to promote the products that you like, when you like. See below for step by step instructions.
1. Upload your logo. Click on ‘Choose File’, then locate the logo you wish to use on your computer. Logos must be .jpg or .png format. 2. Choose your poster design. Use the drop down menu to select form the background templates that we have provided. 3. Add a poster message. Type your message into the box. This will be the header message of the poster. 4. Select the product you wish to promote. Use the drop down menu to add a product image. 5. Add a price. Type in a price for the chosen product 6. Add contact details. Type in your address, phone number, email or whatever means of contact you prefer. 7. Preview. Click preview to see a live proof of your poster. If you are not happy with something, simply edit then click preview again. 8. Download. When happy with the design, click download. A PDF will be downloaded to your computer for you to print. See the example on the next page.

Use the drop down menu to select form the background templates that we have provided. 3. Add a message. Type your message into the box. 4. Select the product you wish to promote. Use the drop down menu to add a product image. 5. Add a price. Type in a price for the chosen product 6. Add contact details. Type in your address, phone number, email or whatever means of contact you prefer. 7. Preview. Click preview to see a live proof of your banner. Trade Login Create your own mail shots Design your own customised eshots. They are simple to create and allow you to target your customers with your latest products and offers. See below for step by step instructions. 1. Name your email. Type the name you wish to give your email into the box. 2. Upload your logo. Click on ‘Choose File’, then locate the logo you wish to use on your computer. Logos must be .jpg or .png format. 2. Choose your background design. Use the drop down menu to select from the background templates that we have provided. 3. Add product images. Use the drop down menus to add one or two product images. 4. Enter a title. Type in the large message text. 5. Enter a subtitle. Type in the small message text. 6. Select product details. Select the products to appear in the table using the tick boxes. 7. Guarantee. Choose the ink, toner or combined guarantee. 8. Address & Contact. Type in your address and contact details as you wish for them to appear. The email address you enter will be used to send you the final designed email. 9. Create. Click create to show a live preview of your email. If you are not happy, edit any details, then click create again. 10. Build you email. Once you are happy, click Build my Ehsot and send me a template. The final design will be sent to you. This can then be forwarded to your customers. You can also then choose to have the raw HTML sent to you for use in your own marketing campaigns.

Trade Login Planogram designer Visualise the space in your store efficiently using our Planogram builder. See below for step by step instructions.
1. Enter your space details. Enter the height and width (in cm or mm) of your available space. Click submit. A product display will appear showing the number of product spaces available to you. 2. Select your products. Drag and drop the products on the left onto the product display on the right. Choose different brands with the buttons. A preview showing the product details will appear to the left of the product thumbnails. A running total of the cost of the products appears in the top right. 3. Edit the planogram. Once yo have dragged a product onto the display, you can then use the green + & - symbols to add more of that product or take some away. If you wish to remove a product, hover over it and red cross will appear. Simply click this. 4. Save progress. If you would like to save your progress and come back later, click the blue SAVE PROGRESS button. 5. PDF. If you would like to print out your planogram, click the Export to PDF button. A button will appear next to it title Download your planogram. Click this to download the PDF. 6. Place an order. If you are happy with the planogram and wish to place an order, click the green PLACE ORDER button. This will take you through to our online ordering system where all you then need to do is review the order and Checkout.
