Induction cook tops provide state-of-the-art flameless cooking: • More energy efficient because heat is directed to the food, not the cooking surface • Cooking surface is safe to touch because it has no flame or heat, better for exhibition cooking when safety is of utmost importance • Fast and accurate temperature control and maintenance allow for heating, finishing and holding • LED control panel offers a choice of cook/power mode or temperature mode for safe thorough cooking. Cook mode power levels range from 1-20; temperature mode range is 90° to 440° F. • Tempered glass surface wipes off easily for quick cleaning • Each induction unit is 1800 W, 15 amps per unit and 120 VAC • Cooktops are ETL listed
