LUBRICATING GREASE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Alpha 2000-HD #2 is a unique lubricating grease utilizing an entirely new approach in thickener technology. Alpha 2000-HD #2 provides exceptional lubricity, thermal stability, rust protection and water washout resistance. It contains no heavy metals or other environmentally undesirable components. Alpha 2000-HD #2 is a truly outstanding multi-purpose grease. It has no significant shortcomings and is probably the closest thing to an all-purpose lubricant on the market today. Alpha 2000-HD #2’s mechanical stability surpasses conventional greases and makes it ideal for use in high load applications. The Calcium Sulfonate thickener used in this product is the only known grease thickener that can perform both actions of thickening while also providing EP, reduced wear and friction. Alpha 2000-HD #2 is outstanding multi-purpose grease. It provides exceptional lubricity, thermal stability, mechanical stability, rust protection, and water washout resistance. It’s mechanical stability surpasses conventional greases and makes it ideal for use in heavy industries where heavy loads, extreme pressures, and water distress prevail.

PRODUCT APPLICATION Alpha 2000-HD #2 is recommended for any application where good lubricity, mechanical and thermal stability and rust protection are required. Operations utilizing lithium complex, calcium complex, aluminum complex or polyurea can easily be converted to Alpha 2000-HD #2 to improve costs and performance levels while lowering downtime.
