ALTON SPORTS LIMITED WARRANTY Alton Bicycle Warranty TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Alton warrants this product, including all individual components against defects in material and technical issues only from the original owner. Only defected material and components will be warranted within the specific limited warranted period; labor cost or workmanship is not covered warranty. If the bicycle is sold and/or ownership transferred, the frame warranty will follow Alton Sports’ limited warranty terms and NOT the components. This warranty only applies to the original registered owner of Alton/Corsa/Infiza Bikes. This warranty does not apply to rental or commercial used bicycles. TWO YEARS BIKE FRAME WARRANTY: Alton Sports warrants to the original purchaser a full replacement of the defected frame. The warranty period initiates at the original purchased date. A proof of original purchase date is required to establish full warranty coverage and must be provided to Alton Sports for all warranty claims. ONE YEAR BIKE COMPONENTS WARRANTY: This includes – Forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, disc brakes, cables, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, chain, rims, spokes, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter and other bike components. Items will be warranted to be free from manufacture defects in materials. A proof of original purchase date is required to establish full warranty coverage and must be provided to Alton Sports for all warranty claims. EXCLUSIONS – ITEMS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY: This warranty is specifically limited to the replacement of defective parts. This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, collision accidents, misuse of product, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, operator error, water damage, stunt riding, improper follow-up maintenance, or in any use of activity that is not consistent with the intended use. This warranty does not include normal wear and tear parts, such as: tires, tubes, and brake. Alton Sports will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, shipping damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts modification.
