T2428100 - Open Frame Transformer Specification Chart: Model # Input (Primary) Output (Secondary) Agency Listing T2428100 115VAC 60Hz (1 amp) 24VAC/100VA (4 amp) or 28VAC/100VA (3.5 amp) Installation Instructions: 1. 2. 3. 4. Mount transformer in desired location/enclosure (refer to Transformer Dimensions below). Connect AC power to the primary leads (refer to Wiring Configuration below). Use 18 AWG or larger for all power connections. Measure output voltage across the secondary leads: - Yellow and Brown for 24VAC (open circuit voltage @ 115VAC approx. 26.1VAC). - Black and Brown for 28VAC (open circuit voltage @ 115VAC approx. 30.4VAC). before connecting devices (refer to Wiring Configuration below). This helps avoid potential damage. Connect 24VAC device(s) to Yellow and Brown leads or 28VAC device(s) to Black and Brown leads (refer to Wiring Configuration below). WARNING: This installation should be made by qualified service personnel and should conform to all local codes and in accordance with the National Electrical Codes.
