Alware Arch-Bridge Landing Gear Instruction Manual www.alwarerc.com Introductions: ALware Arch-Bridge Landing Gear is designed for common series of multicopters in the current market including GAUI 330X/ 500X QuadFlyer, DJI F330 to F550 Multicopters with no modification on the original main frame. It is designed with bottom mounting method to the multicopters which provide lower Center of Gravity as to increase the stability of the aircraft. Difference then others, Arch-Bridge Landing Gear provides a large and strong battery mounting room which can hold up to 2pcs of big Lipo Batteries at the same time. This landing gear is make of full CNC Fiber Glass materies which is strong but light. Together with anodized CNC Alu parts, Arch-Bridge Landing Gear will be one of the best, functional and desirable upgrade part to your multicopters. Assembly Instruction: Step 1. Step 2. Install 4pcs M2x4x39mm Alu Rods to the Insert 3pcs of Landing Gear Rid to each Landing Gear frames using M2x4mm Hex side of Landing Gear Frame. Cap Screws. Step 3. Step 4. Install another Landing Gear Frame Insert 6mm Fiber Glass Post to the end together using M2x4mm Hex Cap Screws hole of Landing Gear Frames. to form a Landing Gear Assembly. Repeat this step for another side of Landing Gear Assembly. www.alwarerc.com Step 5. Step 6. Complete assembly of one side Landing Gear. Install Square Square Alu Rod to the LG Connecting Frame using M2.5x6mm Hex Cap Screw as shown above. Remarks: installation direction is important. Step 7. Step 8. Install LG Connecting Frame Assembly to Repeat step 7 with another side of the Landing Gear Assembly using 2pcs Landing Gear Assembly. M2x4x39mm Alu Rod with M2x8mm Hex Cap Screws. www.alwarerc.com Step 9. Step 10. Complete assembly of Landing Gear Part. Install the Mounting Frame to the Square Alu Rods which has been installed in Step 6. using M2x8mm Hex Cap Screws. Step 11. Step 12. Mounting Holes for GAUI 500X and 330X. Using 4pcs M2x4x39mm Alu Rods, 4pcs Hex Steel Connection Rods and M2x8mm Hex Cap Screws. Mounting Holes for DJI F330. Using “Mounting Frame Set for DJI Multicopters”, 4pcs M2x4x39mm Alu Rods and M2x10mm Hex Cap Screws. www.alwarerc.com Step 13. Step 14. Mounting Holes for DJI F450. Using “Mounting Frame Set for DJI Multicopters”, 4pcs M2x4x39mm Alu Rods and M2x10mm Hex Cap Screws. Mounting Holes for DJI F550.
