What equipment is installed in my home?
An ATA device connects your traditional phone to Amplex’s service. This small box (about the size of a 4x6 photograph) has no complicated setup and comes pre-programmed ready to connect.
The great thing about Amplex’s phone service is it works the same way you’re used to a phone working. You pick up the handset on your phone and you hear a dial tone. No special codes or complicated system to learn.
Amplex’s phone service also offers a website where you can view your call history, setup voicemail notifications, manage your contacts and even setup special rules where your phone can ring another number if you don’t pick it up in time.
