5S3 INFRA RED TRANSDUCER The 5S Transducer is supplied housed in an aluminum enclosure suitable for fitting directly into the 5001 or G30. The sensor has a five-wire connection with 8-36V DC input and 0.2-2V. The housing is complete with a flow adapter to allow sample gas to be passed over the I/R bench; a green status LED is fitted as standard.

Flow Adapter
Detector The transducer is solid state and is manufactured using the highest quality infra red source and detector components. A narrow band pass filter has an extremely close tolerance ensuring that the sensor is very specific to carbon dioxide. Temperature Compensation Temperature compensation is achieved using unique smart detector technology and is further enhanced with an active temperature probe mounted in the infra red bench. This eliminates almost all measureable temperature effects in the operating range. Drift Compensation Smart compensation for drift caused by source ageing is incorporated in the transducer by monitoring the infra red output of the source and automatically applying the calculated age corrected factor to the detector signal.

100 HYP MK III Portable partial pressure oxygen monitor The 100 HYP MKIII partial pressure oxygen analyser is designed for use inside the Diving Chamber or Diving Bell. This unit has been tested at depths of up to 600 metres (2000FSW) but can equally be used at surface pressure.
The 100 HYP MKIII uses the latest Analox long life electrochemical cells, which are fitted with full temperature compensation to maintain accuracy over a 0 to 40 deg oC temperature range.
The instrument circuit boards are specially coated for protection against humidity and condensation.

1000 Oxygen Monitor The 1000 Oxygen Monitor is available for ambient monitoring or for measuring gas samples from a chamber or diving bell.
When used in conjunction with a gas sample line from the living chamber, diving bell or gas delivery system the Analox 1000 can be configured to provide percent Oxygen readings (%O2)
Alternatively the sensor can be located inside the living chamber or diving bell to provide a partial pressure oxygen reading (mBar or Bar ppO2). The 1000 can be supplied with either an electrochemical cell or a highly accurate paramagnetic sensor, please note the latter is only configurable for % O2.

3000 Toxic gas monitor The Analox range of Toxic Monitors are supplied with 420mA loop powered, two wire transmitters using electrochemical cells, various gases can be detected, but the most commonly required is Carbon Monoxide (CO).
The CO version is available in 2 ranges. 0-30ppm suitable for sat & air diving and 0-100ppm suitable for air diving. This allows the CO content to be monitored in the gas supplied to the diver. The sensor can be mounted remotely from the display panel.

6000 Depth monitor The 6000 is available with a gauge pressure sensor in a choice of readouts, either feet of seawater (FSW), metres of seawater (MSW), or BAR. The Gauge pressure sensor is recommended for monitoring chamber pressure; in this application the sensor would be mounted outside the chamber and supplied with an unregulated sample line from the chamber.
The Absolute pressure sensor is recommended for monitoring internal pressure inside the chamber or diving bell, in which case the sensor is mounted inside the chamber or diving bell, with electrical connections to the display panel provided through a penetrator. The Absolute pressure sensor is also available in an immersible version, for monitoring seawater pressure outside the diving bell (designated by 'W' on the sensor type and location options)
The pressure sensor is a 420mA, two-wire transmitter and is extremely rugged. Both the Air and In Water sensors are supplied with a 2m cable ‘pig tail’ for connection in to a user supplied junction box. Both the gauge and absolute sensors for Air monitoring, are available to a range of 40 Bar A. However if you have a specific requirement that requires a higher range, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

ATATM Dual portable helium/oxygen tester TM
The ATA (Advanced Trimix Analyser) is a compact, lightweight, portable monitor designed to provide fast accurate analysis of Oxygen and Helium concentrations in a gas mix. Readings are shown on a scroll through display, which can be backlit if used in poor light conditions.
Oxygen is measured in the range 0-100% using an Analox 9212 electrochemical sensor, which offers an expected life of 4-5 years and is provided with a 3 year graded warranty.

Helium is measured in the range 0-100% using an Analox thermal conductivity sensor, which is compensated for the effect of Oxygen. This is a non consumable sensor and so should not require periodic replacement, a zero adjustment knob is provided to enable zero adjustment of the Helium sensor, as the sensor ages. Calibration is recommended prior to use; and can be carried out easily and quickly using the helium zero adjustment knob, the O2 Calibration knob, and Analox temperature compensation chart – to ensure an accurate calibration prior to sampling. TM The ATA is provided with a D size battery which offers over 200 hours of use, alternatively the TM ATA can be provided with a mains power option.
The ATATM is designed to be fully user maintainable, the battery and O2 sensor are field replaceable. If required, the Helium sensor can be replaced and calibrated using the internal span and zero calibration adjustments in conjunction with a certified Calibration gas.

ASF3AEDAXXY The Sub MKIII F consists of a main operator console, designed to be mounted in the control room, at atmospheric pressure. And up to 3 remote sensor blocks (REM’s). The REM’s are designed to be installed inside the hyperbaric environment.
The operator console provides power to the REM’s, provides the user interface for changing alarm setpoints, calibration and serial data output.

The Sub MkIII F can be configured as an oxygen controller, this consists of 1 operator console and upto 3 REM 3 O2 sensor units. A typical configuration is given for the Submarine Rescue Vehicle. In it's control capacity, the O2 injection setpoint is set on the operator console, which then provides a signal to to a solenoid valve to a open and release O2 into the chamber/bibs line.
