The regarding contents deals with use of one such wireless technology, Bluetooth for controlling electronics notice board. The proposed system is a combination of hardware and software. In the current scenario the notice advertisement boards are being managed manually. The long process involved to put up notices on the notice board. The resources just like paper, ink, printer and man power are the wastage and also brings loss of time. By reducing the errors and to have a remedy over these problems we can develop a wireless notice board having the verity of applications by using the electronic devices. KeyWord: AMR Voice, Arduino, Voltage Regulator 2. WORKING: 1. INTRODUCTION: Bluetooth is wireless technology use for sharing data for short distances from a fixed mobile devices. It was firstly used as a wireless alternative to RS-232 data cables[1]. The number of devices are connected to overcome synchronization problem. There are many advantages of using wireless devices. Wireless also offers lots of other advantages. we achieve more accuracy and flexibility by using wireless technologies. Inexpensive:Bluetooth technology is less expensive for companies to implement, which results in lower over-all manufacturing costs. The maintenance cost is also of one another, one just low for Bluetooth based systems. Automatic: Bluetooth doesn't require you to think about setting up a connection by pushing too many buttons. When two or more Bluetooth devices enter a range (Up to 30 feet) needs to make the device discoverable and begin the communication with some step. Interoperability: Bluetooth is more compatible wireless device than other devices. This will provide a facility for mobile phones and headsets of transferring voice and data on android phone[2]. Motivation: The two main facets of this project are firstly, the scope of the given project after substantial consideration is found to be really wide, that is, this is not only a so called ‘laboratory based’ project. Primarily we can use this concept to materialize a virtual notice board by which it will be easy to convey important notices to the students of the corresponding. Fig.1.Block Diagram For getting a brief idea about this, understanding of the components is required. They are mentioned below. Components: Components essential for the working of project are: 2.1) Bluetooth Module 2.2) LCD 2.3) Voltage Regulators 2.4) Microcontroller The Detailed information regarding the basic components is as stated below. 186 International Journal of Advent Research in Computer and Electronics (IJARCE) Vol. 2, No. 1, April 2017 E-ISSN: 2348-5523 2.1. BLUETOOTH MODULE: 7. Auto reconnects disconnected. in 30 minute when 2.2 LCD DISPLAY: LCD-Liquid Crystal Display is used to display the output data in the form of text or characters.LCD is less expensive and easily programmable and it can display a special character[1]. 2.3 VOLTAGE REGULATOR: Fig.2. Bluetooth Module HC-05 Bluetooth module is a serial port protocol module which is specially designed for wireless communication.HC-05 serial port Bluetooth module is having the version V2.0+EDR (Enhanced Data Rate). It is having 3 mbps modulation with 2.4 GHz baseband and radio transceiver.HC-05 Bluetooth Module uses external single chip system with CMOS technology with adaptive frequency hopping feature[1]. It is used to simplify overall development cycle. 2.1.1. SPECIFICATIONS: (1) It provides Typical -80dBm sensitivity (2) It has low power consumption that is 1.8 V. (3) Universal asynchronous receiver transmitter interfaced with programmable baud rate, with integrated antenna along with the edge detector. 4. Baud rate required 19200, 38400, 57600,115200,230400, and 460800. 5. When the combination of master and slave made up then red and blue led blinks at once in every two seconds in interval, while the combination of master and slave disconnected then only blue led blinks twice per second. 6. It will provide auto connection and re establishment with the lastly connected device. 7. It will provide auto pairing pin code “0000” as default. It is a device which is use to provide stable voltage level. It can generate a fixed output voltage of a preset magnitude which remains stable, which cannot be affected by the changes of its input voltage or load conditions. voltage regulators are generally used in devices such as computer power supplies and where the stabilize dc voltage is required. 2.4 MICROCONTROLLER: 2.4.1. FEATURES: 1. It is an 8 bit microcontroller having high performance and requires low power. 2. It has high endurance non volatile memory segments. 3. It has 1 kb EEPROM. 4. It has 2 kb internal SRAM. 5. It has optional boot code section with independent lock bits. 6. It has programming lock for software security. 7. It has two 8 bit timer /counters with separate pre scalar and compare mode. 8. It has real time counter with separate oscillator. 9. It has two master / salve SPI serial interface. 10. CONCLUSION: The idea of this paper is implemented at an educational level then a huge amount of people specifically the students will be highly benefitted. Library Management System and Checking Notice are two of the most significant functions that are of predominant importance to the students. The working of this entire system takes very little time hence contributes in saving our valuable time and along with that it helps us a lot in avoiding the long queues. We apply the “Encryption” and system while transferring information from one device to the other and hence this “System” will be immensely significant for the general mankind and also increases the efficiency of the system. We hope that the design and implementation of the project that is laid here will aid the developers’ community in near future.
