Annexure-I 1. Rigid racks of 32 U usable height: Qty: 20 Nos. • The Rack should be around 1565mm in height with 32U usable height, 600mm in width to accommodate 19” subrack and 650 mm depth(usable depth=550mm) with I Bolts. • The rack should confirm to DIN 41494 • The rack should be manufactured out of Aluminum profile while frames and other components should formed out of steel • Rack should support static load of 750 Kgs on casters and 1250Kg with Levelers / Plinth • Rack should have lockable swing handle with common key toughened glass front door • Rear door should be lockable perforated steel door • The front and rare doors should be easily detachable.The doors of the rack should be reversible such that it can be mounted on either side. • The racks should have side panels which can be removed without using tools, using easy finger latches for fast access to cabling and equipment. • Side panels should flush with the frame so the overall width of the unit does not change with the side panels installed. • The Rack should have 4No’s adjustable, 19” verticals with punched 10mm square hole and universal 12.7mm-15.875mm-15.875mm alternating hole pattern providing mounting flexibility, with numbered U positions, • The rack should have 4 caster wheels with two of them having brakes with levelers or plinth. • The top & bottom cover should be bolted to frame with cable entry exit cut outs • The 19” mounting angle should be made of steel • 4 Pillars should be made from special Aluminum Alloy Extrusion with 1.6~2.00mm with Ribbing for additional strength. • All sheet metal parts should be pre treated and powder coated • The rack should comply minimum of IP 20 rating for protection against touch, ingress of foreign bodies and ingress of water. • One rack should be supplied with 10 angle pair. • There should be 2 fan on top cover with air flow of 180CFM. • Mounting hardware (a pack of 20)should be supplied for each rack. • The rack should have vertical cable organiser with 40mm wide loop. • Ganging kit & horizontal ground bus bar should be installed in each rack. • 1Ph, 230V, 32A, Zero U standard Vertical rack mount power distribution unit with 12 X Indian Round Pin 5/15A, 16A MCB X 2 Circuits- PDU Rating7.3KVA/Bottom feed-3Mt/ Black. • The colour of racks should be Off White. Note : 1. The offer from OEM/OEM authorised representative will be accepted. (Proof to be submitted along with quotations) 2. The OEM should be ISO9001:2008 certified.(Proof to be submitted along with 3. 4. 5. quotations) The party should submit the compliance sheet against our specificatios. The unit should be shipped fully assembled as one orderable unit. The products manufactured should provide warranty for 1 year from date of invoice
