ANTI-VIBRATION SOLUTIONS FOR DOME CAMERAS For both Indoor and Outdoor Installations Using the most advanced Anti-Vibration Techniques and Materials All our Anti-Vibration Devices use a proprietary Visco-Elastic Polymer that flows like a liquid under load. Combining this fast reacting high energy absorption with a near faultless long Memory, guarantees it will outlast any other material, including all one dimensional materials like Rubber or Springs that are often used in an attempt to cure vibration. Rubber in particular has a short life and Springs will also lose their efficiency over a similar timeframe. THE PROPRIERY DESIGN IS THE RESULT OF EXHAUSTIVE TESTING NO OTHER SOLUTION CAN EQUAL The Unique Design uses a combination of "Ridges and Valleys". The Ridges do the job of Absorbingly the Vibration and the Valleys discharge the Absorbed Vibration.This procedure takes 1000th of a second and is continually repeated guaranteeing the elimination of all vibration from 0-30,000 Htz.
PLEASE NOTE: This product has been proven to cure Vibration even in installations where the source is not in direct contact with the Camera. It is very important however when using lengths of Pipe that the entire Assembly is maintained completely level, as any off Center of the assembly can result in the installation "Swaying".
IN ADDITION WE USE ISOLATING RING MOUNTS Four Ring Mounts are used at each corner to supplement the AntiVibration Gasket. Because there is no direct Contact between the Upper Stud and the Lower, complete isolation is assured. Constructed of a specially Ozone Resistant Neoprene Material, each Isolating Ring Mount is factory tested to 50 lbs. breaking Strength. With four per unit, this is about 10 times the safety requirement of each Anti-Vibration Adaptor.

USING OUR WHITE CEILING MOUNTED POLE PLATE OR OUR UNISTURUT POLE MOUNTED PLATE These both come with Anti-Vibration Gaskets. Both have 1 1/2" female Threads allowing direct connection of the Dome Camera's 1 1/2" Female Thread, or they can be used with a 1 1/2" dia. length of Threaded Pipe.
LENGTH OF PIPE- LIMITATIONS It is recommended that the pipe length is kept as short as possible and no more the 4 ft. this will reduce the chance of the entire assembly "swaying" Anti-Vibration Adaptor
In Exterior or difficult locations the Cover will help protect the Anti-Vibration Device from the Elements. For Freezing conditions a Resistive Heater will help maintain the correct operating temperature inside the Unit (The Resistive Heater feature is currently not available).
