Platinum Ovens Fan assist, top and bottom element cooking, closed door grilling – just a few features available in the Platinum Italian manufactured oven range. The Platinum double oven, would cater for the most serious of home chef’s, with a 34L top capacity and a 58L bottom capacity. The Platinum double oven will meet the demands of the largest families. If you are looking for a similar cooking capacity but prefer just the one oven, consider the 900mm multifunction Platinum oven. With a 75L capacity and similar functionalities to the double oven, the Platinum 900mm Multifunction oven combined with a glass canopy rangehood and 900mm electric touch control cook top will suit the most discerning buyer.
BEST EVER ROAST POTATOES Ingredients: 8 Desiree potatoes, peeled, halved 1/3 cup (80ml) rice bran oil Method: Preheat oven to 200C. Cook potatoes in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water for 8-10 minutes, until almost tender. Drain, return to pan and shake very gently to roughen surfaces. Heat oil in a baking pan in oven for 3 minutes. Add potatoes, season to taste, toss to coat. Bake for 15 minutes, turn potatoes and bake for another 15 minutes, until golden and crisp

Our 600mm gas cooktops come standard with enamel steel trivets and are easily dismantled and dishwasher proof. Platinum gas cooktops also come in a 900mm wide 5 burner with cast iron trivets incorporating a high speed wok burner. If you are looking for a clean uncluttered appearance, our Ceran cooktops are the answer. Available in both 600mm 4 element and our newest edition, the 900mm 5 element with electronic touch controls with bevelled edges.
