Twin HiPower 1.3" H34/8035 compression drivers mounted pattern controlled waveguide, - 104dB/w/m(single cabinet) 32ohm LF, 16ohm HF, up to 6 cabinets can be driven on one amplifier channel. Fast, integral rigging system with variable splay angles.
Optional high-grade steel flying grid. Arrays of up to eight cabinets may be flown. Black powder coated perforated steel with waterproof foam. Compatible with HPs218 and HL18 subwoofers.
APPLICATIONS
The LA8 is a compact two-way line array enclosure designed for a variety of small and medium scale sound reinforcement applications. It includes two 8 " woofers, two high frequency compression drivers coupled to a constant directivity waveguide for HF reproduction. Speaker cones are treated with waterproof compounds. These advanced components provide an extremely high performance. It meets the need for corporate events, theatres and indoor venues. Complemented by the HPs218 or HL18 subwoofer, it is also suitable for outdoor sound reinforcement. Relied on the integrated lightweight aluminum rigging system and quick-release stainless pins, it allows maximum support strength, yet flexible in design and system integration. Due to high-grade flying grid, arrays of up to eight cabinets may be flown. The cabinet is constructed of premium multi-ply plywood and coated with a durable, textured black finish. A metal grille with water resistant foam protects the drivers.
