Features / benefits
Casing The ABS fan casing provides a long lasting shockproof and robust construction. The units are finished in white RAL 9010 and are UV resistant.
IPX4 Splashproof, suitable for installation in Zones 1 and 2.
Motors Shaded pole induction type with integral fuse protection, mounted on sealed for life ball bearings. All fans are double insulated. Impellers BLADELET impellers are provided with blades made from high quality reinforced polypropylene providing enhanced aerodynamic properties, low noise and increased efficiency. Quality Management All units in the Elta range are designed and manufactured to procedures as defined in BS EN ISO 9001:2008.
Unique Impeller Design BLADELET impeller for optimised flow rate, low noise and increased efficiency. Integral Back Draught Shutter Mylar back draught shutter to prevent return flow of air when fan is off. Aesthetic Front Fascia Stylish front fascia for modern interior design easily removed for cleaning. Low Power Consumption 100mm model has maximum 8 watts operating power consumption for energy saving. Double Insulated No earth connections required. Totally Recyclable Plastic Components Environmentally friendly. Rigidity Optimised spigot support preventing distortion with strengthened guard and design to maximise airflow. Reliability Capacitor type PCB power supply reducing PCB heat dissipation. Sealed for life ball bearings for increased motor life and cold climates.

Tested to the Latest standards Units are tested to EN 13141-4 (performance) and to BS 848 Pt 2:1985 (sound performance) at Elta Fans own test facility, meaning accurate, up to date information on performance and noise data that can be relied upon. Designed and manufactured in accordance with EN 60335-1, EN 60335-2-80 (electrical safety), EN 61000-3-3, EN 61000-3-2, EN 55014-1, EN 55014-2 (electromagnetic compatibility) and independently tested and certified by TÜV Rheinland. Warranty Each ARCO S has a THREE year warranty as standard.
