ASSEMBLEY AND MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR 32-0010 / 32-0012 / 32-0014 / 32-0016 Parts list Optional wall mount brackets Standard parts M6 x 16 Bolts x6 Enclosure x1 M6 x 16 Bolts x6 Reversible bracket x2 Wall bracket x 1 Keys x4 LCD Mounting bracket x2 Standard enclosure wall bracket x2 15 deg enclosure wall Bracket (handed) x2 FIXING OF LCD MOUNTING BRACKETS Fix LCD fixing brackets to the rear of LCD using manufactures fixings, ensuring that the centre hole of the bracket (see below diagram) lines up with the centre of the viewing window of the LCD. PDF created with pdfFactory trial version www.pdffactory.com Location of LCD within the enclosure Before the mounting the LCD enclosure to a wall or bracket the LCD must first be correctly located with the LCD enclosure. • • • • • • • • • Unlock front door(turn keys counter clock wise)then open upwards ensuring the door is correctly held in the open position using the door stays(diag :1) Place LCD onto bracket(diag :2) Close door carefully. Adjust side brackets along there slots (diag :3) until a 15mm gap exists between the front of the LCD and the inside surface of the LCD enclosures viewing window (diag :4) NOTE: The LCD will have to be removed to allow excess to adjust these side brackets and the operation may need repeating until the correct gap between the window and the LCD is reached. If the required 15mm gap cannot be obtained using the standard side brackets use the reversible brackets provided(diag :3) Remove the LCD before fixing enclosure onto wall mounting bracket or fixing Once enclosure is secure, open door taking care to ensure door is held in open position using the door stays. Mount the LCD within enclosure (After correct wiring has been routed). Close the door and turn keys clockwise until locked. DIAG : 1 DIAG : 4 DIAG : 2 Reversible bracket DIAG : 3 PDF created with pdfFactory trial version www.pdffactory.com Mounting of wall brackets Fixing of wall mounting brackets • • • • Fix wall brackets (diag : 1) to wall or area for mounting using suitable fixings capable of load Fix required wall brackets to rear of enclose using M8 x 16 screws supplied, ensure bolts are tight .(dia g : 3) Special considerations concerning the 15 deg wall mount bracket must be undertaken when locating this bracket , to avoid possible collision with wall or surface when mounting (diag :2) Place enclosure on to wall bracket and tighten screws using a Philips screwdriver until they clamp onto the wall bracket.(diag : 4) This is to ensure security and prevent any lift off of the enclosure DIAG : 2 DIAG : 1 DIAG : 3 Wall removed for clarity DIAG : 4 Cleaning of LCD enclosure PDF created with pdfFactory trial version www.pdffactory.com Cleaning of enclosure Should you need to clean the enclosure no abrasive cleaner should be used .Only warm diluted soapy water (a small amount of washing up liquid) should be used on both the screen and the unit. Ensure fan filters (if fitted) are monitored and checked for blockages
