By using Hex Key put A2 screws into tapping hole of M8 (plug block patch) inside of La profile slot and tighten A2 screws. - With same method insert Ra into C2, direction must be “R Y Right”, and fix Ra into work surface. Step Connect Rear Leg System Profile 2 Hardware Required Allen Wrench/Hex Key (5mm) A2 – Half-round stainless steel screw 8*12 (4pcs) Rear leg system profile: Lt-1set; Rt-1set Based on sketch and follow the arrow direction to fix Rt into C2 and Lt into C1 respectively - By using Hex Key put A2 screws into tapping hole of M8 (plug block patch) inside of Lt profile slot and tighten A2 screws. With the same method to fix Rt into work surface. Step Insert of Cross-Bar 3 3 Hardware Required Allen Wrench/Hex Key (3mm) A1- Inner six angle screw 5*12 (12pcs) SW1 - Iron short cross-bar (2pcs) SW2 - Iron Long cross-bar (1pc) - By using Hex Key to attach 2pcs of SW1 with plug block patch inside of leg system profile grooves (pre-designed size), and with the same method to attach SW2 between rear leg system profiles, and then tighten with A1 screws 5*12 total 12pcs. - Attention: The polished surface of cross-bar face outside; the rough surface of cross-bar face inside of workbench - After fixing leg system profiles into work surface, stand up the workbench for next step installations. · Step 4 4 Assembly Mounting Joint Racks Hardware Required Allen Wrench/Hex Key (5mm) A2 – Half-round stainless steel screw 8*12 (8pcs) C1 - Aluminum casted mounting joint rack (2pcs) C2 - Aluminum casted mounting joint rack (2pcs) - Set 2pcs of C1 into Rt, the rear right leg system profile - Set 2pcs of C2 into Lt, the rear left leg system profile - By using Hex Key to tighten the 8pcs of A2 screws with M8 plug block inside of leg system profile slot. Step Install Aluminum Crossbeam 5 Hardware Required Allen Wrench/Hex Key (5mm) A5 – Six angle screw 8*12(4pcs) T1 - Guide fixing patch(4pcs) XC1 - 40*40Aluminum crossbeam (2pcs) - Insert the T1 (guild fixing patch) into groove of aluminum crossbeams - Important: bigger hole face outside (refer amplified picture) - Install the lower aluminum crossbeam into lower part of C1 & C2, and then install upper aluminum crossbeam secondly. - Align M8 plug block threaded hole into the hole of joint rack component, and tighten with A5 screws respectively. Below picture show the correct installation of aluminum crossbeam A5 screws install method Step 6 LED Lamp Cable Management and Installation of Functional Shelves Hardware Required Screwdriver Philips A4 – Tapping Screw 5*16(8pcs) MB2 - Functional shelf with LED lamp MB3 - Functional shelf E - Cable seal (60cm) 走线封条 - The LED cable is pre-mounted to work surface and prewired to the controller, insert the lead wire through the gap of joint rack component and embedded in the groove of left leg profile, and then block by cable seal. Leave around 8cm wire for plug with same colored cable leading of LED lamp inside of MB2 shelf. - Put MB2 (functional shelf with LED lamp) into lower part of crossbeam and MB3 at upper part of crossbeam, and then assembled by A4 screws into the hole of joint rack components and tighten with the shelves. Each 2pcs of A4 screw for each left and right side. Step Power Strip Installation 7 Hardware Required Screwdriver Philips A3 – Cylinder three in one screw 5*14 (4pcs) B – Power Strip (1 set) - Hold the power strip (B) and align into the tapping hole of side part of rear leg system profile, and then tighten with A3 screws. (Refer the magnified sketch) - Attention: Above sketch shows fix direction of power strip Step 8 Power Connection and Workbench Initialization After installation of workbench, plug the cable leading near the middle of rear side work surface into main power switch box, and wall then connect outlet (110V power cord or 220V), to standard after that power on the main power protection switch, the control panel will be lightened. Step 9 LED Working Lamp Introduction and Operation - LED Working Lamp Introduction The laboratory workbench is equipped with the advanced optimal LED illumination, the white (W) color is the basic and RGB as the auxiliary colors, and to be inserted into aluminum profile inside of functional shelf, which is not only stylish design, but also reduce the trouble of the straight rays. The most advantage of LED working lamp is to use RGB three auxiliary colors and white color collocation; it protects eyes and minimizes eye fatigue of the light. The LED working lamp consists below 4 parts: 1) LED light emitting tube device 2) LED lamp power supply 3) RGBW adjustable controller 4) Control panel for color/bright adjustment - LED Working Lamp Operation blue red green yellow 1) Activate LED working Lamp After power on the workbench system, the control panel will be lightened and display the above content, by pushing the power button④, the LED work lamp is activated. 2) Adjust color and brightness There is a red font “LOCKED” in control panel, by holding power button④approx.10 seconds to exit the function and red font “LOCKED” is also disappeared from control panel, and then, you can adjust color or brightness. For example, if you want to adjust white color (W), touch power button④first, then pull the adjusting column①from bottom to up and stop till you preferred brightness, same method for other colors brightness adjustment. If you want to adjust colors, you need to touch RGB 3 colors to the favorite color collocation. After holding the operation approx 10 seconds, the red font “LOCKED” appeared in control panel, which means color/brightness is locked. The next time restart workbench systems will memory the final adjustment. REMARK: The control panel is design for both the fixed height workbench and the height adjustable workbench, in case of the fixed height workbench, the “HEIGHT” ③ position is default as 78cm, and UP/DOWN arrow keys are inactivated.
