Assembly instructions Riley Hopkins® Full Stack & Half Stack
Note: This manual contains the assembly instructions for the optional Stack tray, the Half Stack cart and the Full Stack. The specified steps for each are listed on the following page.
Step 1. Items included & steps to follow for assembly: Tools needed for assembly: Phillips screwdriver and a 7/16 inch wrench. Optional Stack tray: Follow step 4-5.
• Nine #8-32 x 3/8 inch screws. • Nine #8-32 keps nuts (nut washers). • Four 1/4-20 x 2-1/4 inch Allen bolts. • Four 1/4-20 flanged nuts (nuts with attached washers). • Four 1/4 inch flat washers. • One 5/32 inch Hex wrench.
Half Stack cart (Stack bottom): Follow steps 2-5.
• Sixteen 1/4 x 1-1/2 inch Hex cap bolts. • Sixteen 1/4 inch flat washers. • Sixteen 1/4-20 flanged nuts (nuts with attached washers). • Four 2 inch casters medium duty wheels. • Four 3/4 inch aluminum caster spacers.
Full Stack bottom: Follow steps 2-3.
• Sixteen 1/4 x 1-1/2 inch Hex cap bolts. • Sixteen 1/4 inch flat washers. • Sixteen 1/4-20 flanged nuts (nuts with attached washers). • Four medium duty 2 inch caster wheels. • Four 3/4 inch aluminum caster spacers.
Full Stack top: Follow steps 5.
• Sixteen 1/4 x 1-1/2 inch Hex cap bolt. • Sixteen 1/4 inch flat washers. • Sixteen 1/4-20 flanged nuts (nuts with attached washers). • Four 1/4 x 1/2 inch Allen bolts. • Four 1/4-20 inch flanged nuts (nuts with attached washers). • One 5/32 inch Hex wrench.

Step 2. Caster installation: Attach casters to the lower screen rack crossbars. They will have yellow threaded inserts installed in the bottom. Thread the casters into the inserts. Use the supplied aluminum spacer in between the casters and the crossbars. Hand tighten until it is secure in the crossbar.
Step 3. Crossbar installation: Attach the crossbars to the screen rack frame. Use the supplied 1/4 x 1-1/2 inch Hex cap bolt, the 1/4 inch flat washers and 1/4-20 inch flanged nuts to install. A 7/16 inch wrench is required to install this hardware. Tighten hardware until it is snug in place.
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. OVER TIGHTENING WILL CRUSH THE ALUMINUM TUBE UPRIGHTS.

Step 4. Optional tray: Attach each half of the tray assembly together. Use the supplied #8-32 x 3/8 inch screws and #8-32 keps nuts (washer nut) to install. A Phillips screwdriver is required to install the hardware. Make sure the bottom attachment edges are in alignment with each other, before fully tightening the hardware. Attach the support clips with the supplied hardware. Make sure there are no gaps before fully tightening. Next install the edge protection trim onto the top edges of the tray.
Step 5. Tray installation: Attach the tray assembly to the screen rack. Use the supplied 1/420 x 2-1/4 inch Allen bolts, 1/4 inch flat washers and 1/4-20 inch flanged nuts to attach. A supplied 5/32 inch Hex wrench is required to tighten the hardware. The tray can also rotate 90 degrees and slide into any of the screen slat slots.
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. OVER TIGHTENING WILL CRUSH THE ALUMINUM CROSS BARS.

Step 6. Stack top installation: Attach the Stack top assembly to the lower screen rack assembly. Use the supplied 1/4 x 1/2 inch Allen bolts and the 1/4-20 inch flanged nuts to attach. A supplied Hex wrench is required to tighten the hardware.
