Thank you for purchasing a quality Dynex product. The DX-IPDR is a convenient docking station for your iPod 3G/4G, iPod Mini, and iPod Photo. It provides charging and syncing between your computer and the docking station using a USB2.0 cable. The dock also includes a 3.5mm stereo line out port for connecting to your stereo and an S-video out connector to view photos on your television.

Connectors
Components iPod dock includes the following components:
Remote Control Infra-red emitter
S-video out port Connect an S-video cable to this port and to an S-video port on a television or camera to view pictures. Sound is not transmitted on an S-video cable.
iPod connector Place the iPod into the dock of charging, transferring data, viewing pictures, and listening to music.

1 Place your iPod in the dock. 2 Connect the USB port of the dock to your computer for charging and transfering files.
To play music from your iPod using the dock: connect the dock line out port to an external speaker or stereo system using an audio cable with 3.5mm stereo miniplug. Use the iPod controls for music operation.
