Installation Launching Application Homescreen Identifying Vehicle Taking Photos
Installation To download AutoWatch and install the iPhone Application on your iPhone search for “autowatch” in the App store:

Requirements for access application: • OS 3.0 or higher. •
Internet access (WiFi or Cellular data access)
To download and install in the App store 1. Click on the App Store on your homescreen. 2. To search for the app, type “autowatch” in the search box and click on autowatch in the search results area. 3. “Click” on the “FREE” button. It will change to “INSTALL”. “Click” on “INSTALL”. You will be asked for your iTunes® password but no charges will be incured. The AutoWatch app will be installed an icon will be placed on your home screen. 4. You may open the app by “clicking” on the “OPEN” button or going to your home screen and “clicking on the Autowatch icon.

Launching the AutoWatch Application 1. Once the app is installed on your mobile device, open the AutoWatch App from your phones home screen. 2. To begin, you’ll need to enter your AutoWatch Shop BackRoom username and password. If you are not sure of this information, please contact
[email protected] or call 877-977-6473. 3. After entering your credentials, the app will remember your username and password the next time that you launch the program.

Application Homescreen The home screen provides all of the basic functions of the AutoWatch iPhone app. The following functions are available from the home screen: • Vehicles (1): Select a vehicle from your list of AutoWatch claims and view the claim details. You can view the list by Customer Name or RO number. Also, you may take pictures and update the repair progress stage from this list of vehicles.

• Scan (2): This function will launch a barcode scanner view that will allow you to scan and identify a vehicle from the AutoWatch window ID sheet displayed in the vehicle. Once identified, you may take photos of the vehicle. • Refresh Vehicles (3): Refresh your list of vehicles from the AutoWatch system. • Uploads (2): View the list of images being sent to the AutoWatch server.

View Vehicles From this screen, you may select a vehicle (by either Customer Name or RO number (1)), and see a portion of the claim details.

To select a vehicle from the Customer list view just “click” on the vehicle or you can click on the vehicles RO when you are in the RO list. If a new vehicle does not appear in your list, return to the home screen and press the “Refresh Vehicles” (2) button. By “clicking” on the either the customer name or RO number, will take you to the “Vehicle Info” (3) page where you can view claim details. At this time you cannot create a new vehicle in the AutoWatch iPhone App.

Identify Vehicle There are two ways to identify a vehicle with the AutoWatch iPhone App.

• Scan a vehicle ID sheet barcode • Select the vehicle from a list of Customer names or RO numbers. 1. From the home screen you can either select the vehicle or select “Scan” (1). If you select the vehicle from the list you can continue to “Taking Photo’s” section. 2. A screen will launch with a red line in the middle. This is the barcode scanning screen. Place the AutoWatch barcode in the center of the screen as shown.

Identifying Vehicle cont. 3. Once a good barcode is found, the correct vehicle information will be loaded. 4. Set the correct repairs stage for the vehicle by selecting the “Progress” button. 5. Once you select the vehicle status in the repair stage screen, the data is immediately updated in the AutoWatch system and is available to the vehicle owner through the consumer web portal.

Taking Photos 1. To take photos of repairs in progress, goto the “Vehicle Info” page and “Click” the “Camera” button 2. If you are satisfied with the photo on the screen, “Click” the “Accept” button. If not, click on the “Retake” button. 3. Take as many photos as needed for the selected repair. When you are finished taking photos for the selected vehicle, click on the “Done” button. Once all photos are taken for a vehicle, the AutoWatch iPhone App will begin uploading photos in the background. This will allow you to continue shooting photos even while the app is sending photos to the AutoWatch server.

To view the progress on sending photos, click on the “Uploads” button from the home screen. You’ll see a list of photos being sent to the server

4. Once the photos have been sent by the AutoWatch iPhone app, they are immediately available for viewing by your customers and insurance partners.
