User Manual 1. Product description Phone Finder is a brilliant Bluetooth device which allows you to find your phone in just one click. Once clicked, your phone will ring, vibrate and flash so that you can find it.     One click solution to find your phone. Locates your phone even on silent mode. Works on every smartphone. What’s in the Box:      Phone Finder Device CR2032 Battery Key-ring Two sided sticker User manual 4 4. Setting up your Phone Finder 1) Download the Phone Finder APP. You can find it on our website: http://www.phonefinder.co/download Or you can search for it in the App’s market:  For iPhone Search for “Phone Finder One Click Away” in the App Store.  For Android devices Search for “Phone Finder One Click Away” in Google Play. 2) Insert the battery :  Open the battery cover located in the back of the device.  Insert the CR2032 battery with the positive terminal (+) side facing up.  Close the battery cover from bottom to top.  Turn on the “On/Off” switch, check that you can see the red Led flashing. – 5 5. Turning Phone Finder On/Off 1) Power on:  Slide the “Power” switch to “On” to turn on Phone Finder.  It will enter pairing mode if it has not detected any connection.  If the pairing cannot be completed within a minute after the pairing mode is activated, Phone Finder will enter standby mode. 2) Power off:  Simply slide the “Power” switch to “Off” to turn off Phone Finder. 6 6. Pairing/connecting It is important to pair the Phone Finder with your Bluetooth phone for first time use. Pairing procedure: 1) Get Phone Finder into pairing mode:  Once turned on, Phone Finder will automatically go into pairing mode if it has not detected any connection.  In standby mode, you can also go into pairing mode by turning "Off" and "On" the Power switch until the LED light starts blinking. 2) Activate Bluetooth on your phone and search for Bluetooth devices. 3) Select “PhoneFinder” from the list of available devices. 4) If prompted for a passkey, please enter the Bluetooth pass-key “0000” to pair and connect the unit to your phone. 5) The unit is now ready for use. – 7 Note: 1) If the pairing can’t be completed within 2 minutes after pairing mode is activated, Phone Finder will enter standby mode. Repeat the steps above to pair the unit and mobile phone again. 2) Once paired and connected, Phone Finder will be automatically connected to the device whenever you turn it on again, given the device is within operating range. 7. Find your Phone Operation 1) Click “Phone Finder's Button” Your Phone Will Ring Vibrate and Flash so you can find it. 2) Click “Phone Finder's Button” once again Your Phone Will stop the Alert. 8 8. Application features 1) Change the alert Settings If you want to customize the Phone Finder Alert, Go to the Phone Finder App and click Settings.  To change the Alert Sound- Click “Sound Choice”.  To Disable/Enable vibration- Click “Vibration”.  To Disable/Enable Screen Flash- Click “Screen Flash”.  To Disable/Enable Camera Flash- Click “Camera Flash”.  To Disable/Enable Sound- Click “Sound Active”. 2) – 9 2) Help A friend find his/her Phone If your friend cannot find his Phone, you can help him find it.  Go to the Phone Finder App and click “Find Friend’s Phone”.  Click the Type Of Phone Your Friend has.  Ask your friend to Insert his UserName and Password.  Find your friend’s Phone Location on the map. 3) Buy a new Phone Finder  Go to the Phone Finder App and click “Buy now Phone Finder”. 10 9. Keep the device away from humidity, water or any other liquid. If the device is exposed to water, moisture or other liquids, do not operate it in order to avoid any electrical shock, explosion and damage to the device or yourself. Do not place or keep this device near any heat source, such as direct sunlight, radiators, stoves or other apparatus which produce heat. It may cause an explosion and degrade the performance of and/or reduce battery life. Do not modify, repair or disassemble the device (especially the battery: it may cause an explosion). Doing this will void the warranty. Do not place heavy objects on the device. Replacement of service must be done by a qualified service center or manufacturer. 12 11. If the product is defective, Phone Finder's sole obligation under this warranty shall be at its election and subject to the terms of this warranty, to repair or replace any parts deemed faulty. This warranty is for the exclusive benefit of the original purchaser and is not assignable or transferable.
