KEY TECHNOLOGY
The Ultimate Home Theater Solution From signal to amplification, Sony has achieved a quantum leap in technology, the digital handshake. Traditionally once signal is output from a SACD, DVD, or CD processing occurs in the digital domain where the signal is converted back to analog to be amplified. It is within this process where noise can be introduced into the signal. However, with the new Digital Drive Amplifier the signal to amplification, the process occurs entirely in the digital domain. This allows for greater linearity, improved signal to noise ratio and lower signal distortion. As you can see, within the chassis of the Integrated Digital A/V Component every care has been taken to isolate the components from interference and noise. 1. The Digital Signal Interface 2. Isolated DVD Drive 3. Separate Power Supply Board 4. Digital Drive Amplifier The chassis allows for complete isolation to minimize signal degradation and interference. Quality without compromise.
