CAUTION
Disregarding instructions accompanying this symbol may lead to injury or property damage.
WARNING Use of controls or adjustments or performance of procedures other than those specified in this manual may result in hazardous radiation exposure. 1.
Intended application of the product: This product must be used only for microscopic observation. Do not use this product for other purpose.
2.
Do not disassemble: Disassembling this product may result in electric shocks or other hazards. Malfunctions and damage due to disassembling are unwarranted. Never attempt to disassemble any part other than the parts described in the instructions. If you experience problems with this product or the microscope system, contact your nearest Nikon representative.
3.
Read the instructions carefully: To ensure safety, carefully read this manual and the manuals provided with any other equipment used with this product. In particular, observe all warnings and cautions of each manual.
4.
Cautions about the power cord: Make sure to use the specified power cord for the AZ-LED. Using a wrong power cord may result in malfunctions or fire. For specifications of the power cord, refer to “Specifications.” To prevent an electric shock, turn off the power switch of the product whenever connecting or disconnecting the power cord.
CAUTION 1.
Handle with care: The product and the microscope system are precision optical instruments. Handle the product with care to avoid shock or impact. In particular, objectives may loose accuracy when exposed to even a weak physical shock.
2.
Do not wet the product or allow foreign matter to get inside: Never allow water to come into contact with the product because that may cause an electric shock or malfunction. Similarly, if foreign matter gets inside, an electric shock or malfunction may occur. If water or foreign matter enters the product, do not use the product but contact your nearest Nikon representative.
