ADSL – Entering your Internet settings This brief guide will run you through the process of entering your Barefoot Telecom ADSL Internet settings in the TP-Link Archer D2 (Light Modem) and TP-Link Archer D7 (Supercharged Modem). 1. To access the TP-Link modem settings, you'll need a computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone that's connected to your modem via Ethernet or Wi-Fi. 2. Open your web browser and enter http://tplinkmodem.net or 192.168.1.1 in the address bar. 3. Select your region (Australia) and select your Time Zone. Click Next. 4. In the drop down box next to ISP List, select "Other. Click Next. 5. In the drop down box next to Connection Type, select "PPPoE". 6. In the box next to PPPoE Username enter the service login username supplied in your Welcome Letter. 7. In the box next to PPPoE Password enter the service login password supplied in your Welcome Letter. 8. In the box next to Confirm Password enter the service login password supplied in your Welcome Letter. If you can't find your service username and password, email [email protected] 9. Click Next. 10. You can change your wireless network name and password if you wish. We recommend only changing the network name. The default password is located on the bottom of your modem. 11. Click Next. 12. The modem will do a connection test and you should be able to connect to the Internet. 1
