Paper Shredders While there are many SEM Shredders available, these are the most popular models used by the U.S. Government including the military and commercial customers. Choose from NSA Evaluated Level P-7 models that meet NSA/CSS 02-01 requirements or Level P-4 / P-5 units for the destruction of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Many models come equipped with factory-installed automatic oilers. Most feature the Safety Protection System (SPS) to protect both the operator and the shredder, Electronic Capacity Control (ECC) to ensure proper feed rates, Energy Savings Mode (ESM) for reduced or no power consumption when not in use and our ergonomic multi-function Easy Switch that controls the shredder and provides visual system status. All units operate on standard 115V power. 220V and/or international voltages available.

Hard Drive and Magnetic Tape Degaussers Sanitize/Erase magnetic media including hard drives, floppy disks, computer backup tapes and much more. These degaussers use permanent fixed magnet or electromagnetic technology to completely eliminate data quickly and safely. Choose from NSA Evaluated and Listed units for degaussing Top Secret Data or commercial units for eliminating data from Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Data from Magnetic Media.

Erasure Labels EMP1000™ Electromagnetic Degausser This degausser features a high resolution LCD touch screen display for operator control and feedback. It produces the highest magnetic field strength of commercial or CUI degaussers at 16,000 gauss to sanitize current and future magnetic media. Accepts any drive up to 1.0” thick. A magnetic field strength indicator confirms media has been degaussed at an acceptable level. Compact design for use on any desk or table.

Easy to read self-adhesive labels provide visual indication that a hard drive or other media has been erased. 1,000 per roll.
Degausser Recertification NSA guidelines suggest that degaussers “should be re-tested periodically”. SEM recertifies to factory specifications using a High Density Hard Drive.
Mixed Media and Hard Drive Destruction Destroy Hard Drives and a wide variety of other electronic media with ease using one of these unique devices. For Optical Media (CDs/DVDs) choose from dedicated machines such as the Model 0202 OMD Shredder (on next page) or multipurpose machines like the Model 200, Model 200 Marine and Model Ds-400 Mixed Media Destroyer, which can also destroy tape media, key tape, USB drives and other small electronics. For Hard Drive Destruction, choose either a JACKHAMMER™ Shredder or a SLEDGEHAMMER™ Crusher.

Disintegrator Burn Bags Use these tear resistant bags to store items for transport to a central destruction area. White and red stripes make them easily identifiable. These high quality burn bags measure 21.5” x 12” x 7” and hold over 1,800 cubic inches of waste.
Deployment Solutions Most SEM products can be configured with a custom deployment case. Cushioned inserts protect contents from rough handling. Small cases have hinged lids. Large cases have covers that separate completely from their rolling bases. All feature recessed, padded handles and self-tightening lockable closures.
