Basic Information and IP Camera Settings (xDSL Billion 4 Port Wi-Fi) Main Information 1. Subscribed Dynamic DNS (DDNS) (If the camera already has DDNS, no need to subscribe) 2. User & Password for DDNS 3. DVR IP equipment or IP camera (check at camera or manual) 4. Camera Port which has been set Settings as following:  Dynamic DNS setting as per item 1 and 2  Forward Port at xDSL router (Use IP numbers and port numbers from item 3 and item 4)  Router’s Firewall Dynamic DNS Setting Parameters from DDNS service e.g. DYNDNS, No-IP  DYNDNS << Click to see how to apply  No-IP << Click to see how to apply Example: after applied DYNDNS, 3 parameters to be filled in Router Hostname 1.1 Hostname which has be created, as above picture (choose either one) 1.2 Username used for register 1.3 Password used for register Example picture Set up at Access Management > DDNS      Activate Dynamic DNS Set www.dyndns.org for Service Provider Host Name from item 1.1 for My Host Name Username as in item 1.2 Password as in item 1.3 How to Forward Port for Billion Type http://192.168.1.1 in the Address bar then click Enter At Login page enter Username = admin, Password = password, then click Login and setting up Forward Port 1. Click at the left menu Advanced Setup > NAT > Virtual Server 2. Set up  Type Port number at Start Port and End Port (ex. Port set up at 80)  Enter IP Address and click Apply How to set up Firewall and UPnP 1. Check Settings at Advanced Setup > Firewall > Disable at SPI > click Save Forward Port values will be used in Virtual Server menu 2. Check setting at Access Management > UPnP Setup > Activate both and click Save After the setup but IP camera cannot be viewed, check following 1. Check internet 2. Check to see if viewing through LAN (Computer connected in the same LAN and opened with IP Address and Port registered for Forward port) 3. Check Router if there is any forward port configuration 4. Check Router if there is DDNS configuration 5. Test Router if it allows UPnP service 6. Test IP ping WAN from received Router 7. Turn off Firewall Router and Firewall Windows 8. Turn off Anti- virus 9. Check Active X and current browser (should be Internet Explorer)
