Read, complete and sign this form. Payment (cash, credit or debit) is due with the completed application. A copy will be returned to you indicating your assigned locker number. You will receive one key to the locker.

Bicycle Locker Rental Agreement: - Full payment of rent and deposit is due upon submitting a signed Bicycle Locker Rental Agreement. - A $25 lock deposit shall be paid for every locker rented. Replacement keys will be provided at a cost of $5 with proof of identification. Locks other than those provided by Okanagan College are not permitted and will be removed without notice. - Upon termination of this agreement, the locker having been emptied and the key and lock received by Okanagan College, the $25 deposit will be refunded by OC Finance within 30 days. Deposits will be forfeited if key and lock are not returned to Okanagan College within 14 days after termination of Bicycle Locker Rental Agreement. - Unused rent from early termination will not be reimbursed. The current rental charge(s) may be changed by Okanagan College at its sole discretion at the beginning of any billing cycle. - Any unclaimed items remaining in the bike locker after rental end date will be subject to removal by Okanagan College and stored for a period of 1 year. Items not claimed within 1 year with be disposed of. - The assigned locker shall be used only for the purpose of storing a bicycle and equipment. Failure to comply will result in the termination of this agreement by Okanagan College. - Okanagan College shall have the right to inspect all assigned lockers at any time without notice. - Okanagan College is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of any assigned lockers. - Okanagan College shall have the right to terminate this agreement at its convenience.
Failure to comply with any provisions of the Bicycle Locker Rental Agreement is cause for Okanagan College to terminate the Bicycle Locker Rental Agreement, retain the key deposit, and remove any property remaining in the locker.
