Konica Minolta Pro 951 Change or Delete an Email Address Konica Minolta Business Solutions, U.S.A. For Broward County Public Schools This setting will allow an administrator to change or delete an email address that is stored in the address book of the Pro 951. How Change or Delete an Email Address stored in the address book of the Pro 951 1 (Administrator Privileges and Password are required for this feature) The example is: I need to remove an email address of a user that has transferred to a different school and will no longer be using this device, or I accidentally mistyped my email address when I was registering it to be saved in the address book of the Pro 951. 2 From the Machine Screen: 1. Press the Utility / Counter Button. 2. Tap #6 Admin Setting. 3. Enter the Administrator Password using the onscreen keyboard if requested to. 4. Tap #8 Scan Address Register. 5. Tap #1 Send Address Change/Delete. 6. Tap the Email Address you wish to Change or Delete. 7. Tap the “Change” Button to Edit Your Address Book entry or Tap “Delete” to remove the entry from the Address Book (if deleting see ** and skip to step 10) 8. On the “Change” Screen, Tap the “Address” button, “Register” Name, and/or “Reference” Name button to open the onscreen keyboard. 4 9. Using the onscreen Key Board you can edit the Email Address or Name entries to fix any errors that occurred during entry. Tap “OK” to confirm and apply changes 10. Tap “OK”, Return, then “Exit” to return to the Machine screen. (When deleting an address book entry, the Pro951 will request you confirm the deletion by pressing “Yes” on the confirmation screen.).
