BREAD MAKER COOK BOOK INSTRUCTION MANUAL HOW TO MAKE BREAD: 1.Place the bread pan in position, turn pan in a clockwise direction until pan clicks into position. Recommendation: Fill hole with heat-resisting margarine before placing kneading blade into position This is to avoid dough sticking the kneading blade, as well as easy removal of blade. Push the kneading blade onto the drive shaft. 2.Place ingredients into the bread pan. Please adhere to instruction as per the recipe. Firstly, add the water or liquid, then, add sugar, salt and flour always add yeast or baking powder as the last ingredient. Note: Refer to recipe for maximum quantities of flour and yeast that could be used. 3.Make a small indentation in the top of the flour with finger, add yeast into the indentation, make sure it does not come into contact with the liquid or salt. 4.Close lid gently and plug the power cord into a wall outlet. 5.Press Menu button and select your desired program. 1 Yeast or soda Dry ingredients Water or liquid 6. Press the COLOR button to select the desired crust color. 7. Press the LOAF button to select the desired size. (700g or 1000g) 8. Set delay time by pressing Time button. This step may be skipped if you want the bread maker to start working immediately. 9. Press the START/STOP button for approx. 1.5 seconds to start working. 10. When selecting program for BASIC, WHOLE WHEAT, FRENCH, QUICK, SWEET, CAKE, ULTRA-FAST and HOME-MADE breads, a beep sound will be heard during operation. This is to prompt you to add ingredients. Open Lid and insert ingredients.Steam will possibly escape through vent during baking process. This is normal. 11. Once the process has been completed, 10 beeps will be heard. You can Press START/STOP button for approx. 1.5 seconds to stop the process Using oven mitts remove bread pan by turning pan anti-clockwise. Caution: Always use extreme care as the machine and bread can be very hot. 12. Let the bread pan cool down before removing the bread. Use a nonstick spatula and gently loosen bread from the pan. 13. Turn bread pan upside down onto wire cooling rack or clean cooking surface and gently shake until bread falls out. 14. Let bread cool down for +_ 20 minutes before slicing. Slicing bread: Use electric bread knife or dentate cutter, using any other knife could deform the bread. 15. Bread will be kept warm automatically for 1Hour, if for any reason you did not press the START/STOP button at the end of operation. You will hear 1 beep to inform you that warm up cycle is been completed. 2 16. When not in use, unplug power cord. Note: Before slicing the loaf, use hook to remove Kneading blade in bottom of loaf. Caution: Never use bare hands to remove kneading blade, as bread and blade is still hot. Storage: Bread can be stored for about three days at room temperature, for longer storage (10 days)Put bread in sealed plastic bag /container and place in refrigerator. Homemade bread does not have added preservatives and has the same storage life as bread in store /market. 3 4 5 6
