This TAC-540XL tactical light is ANSI rated at 800 Lumens and includes an intuitive tail-cap switch that provides momentary or constant-on functionality, plus a set of user selectable high, medium or lowbrightness settings as well as a disorienting strobe. Power comes from a pair of CR-123 batteries (included) installed into the CR-123 Battery Carrier (included). For those customers who prefer rechargeable, users also have the option to upgrade by adding the optional rechargeable Lithium-ion battery, charger and power cords. The TAC-540XL housing, bezel and tail-cap are all constructed from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum with Type III hard anodized finish to withstand the toughest of environments. This impact and chemical resistant housing is IP-X7 rated waterproof, has a non-slip grip with large textured tail-switch, and features a 1-inch handle diameter for the ultimate ease of handling.
