BrilVoice FAQ Manual • How to check my account details? o You can check your BrilVoice premium or calling card plan account via the personal dashboard provided under Login, via Customer Login.. Pls use the same credentials provided for registering the account on the dialer app. You can also use the direct link: https://mybilling.brilvoice.com:8445/. • What are the basic features of BrilVoice? o BrilVoice Mobile Dialer available for Android ,iOS , Windows 8.0 and BlackBerry 10 OS Smartphone. o Global USA number on the Premium Plan only based on the subscription time. Unlimited Validity or No expiry based Top-up available on Calling card plan. o Follow Me function for redirecting calls from Global USA number to local number o Call forwarding o Manual Trigger callback o Voicemail available on Premium Plan only. o Three-way-call conferencing o Online call details o Manage Voice Call Recording for Incoming (Premium Plan), Outgoing & Forwarding Call o Manage caller ID number BrilVoice Mobile App • How to download BrilVoice for Android or iPhone or Windows 8.0 or BlackBerry 10 OS ? o Brilvoice app is available in the Google Play Store and ,Apple App Store ,Windows App Store and BlackBerry World Store. • How to register and sync your account on the mobile app? o Enter username, password, and phone number to register. This information will be provided in the confirmation email upon activation of your BrilVoice account. For Calling Card account, use your phone number as • How to check whether my mobile app is registered with the server or not? o Once you open the app, it will sync with the backend server and the status will show as ‘Registered’ or ‘Ready to call’ on the Keypad screen. How to check account balance? o The account balance is displayed on the keypad screen of your mobile device or on your BrilVoice dashboard. Please note that the currency is in USD. This is available for Premium Plan only. • Is the BrilVoice contact list synced with the phone contact list? o Yes, BrilVoice contact list is synced with the Phone and SIM contact list. • Can I edit contacts through the BrilVoice Mobile app? o Yes, you can edit your contact list through the BrilVoice mobile app. • Can I check call history on my BrilVoice app? o Yes, you can check all Incoming/Outgoing/Missed call information through the History Page on your Mobile app as well as on your BrilVoice Dashboard. Incoming calls available on the Premium Plan only. • Can I delete call records in the history page? o Yes, you can delete call records in the history page. • Can I minimize the dialer into the background? o Yes, you can minimize the dialer into the background. • What will happen when someone calls me on my Global USA number? o If you are registered with the server, your call will be directed to your mobile dialer. If the call is not answered it will be forwarded to the registered forwarding number or redirected to voicemail. Please note that the user will have to register the calling forwarding number by logging in to the Personal Dashboard via the Customer Login provided on the BrilVoice website. BrilVoice Customer Dashboard • How do I check my account balance on the BrilVoice Dashboard? o Once you have successfully logged into your BrilVoice account, the default Dashboard will show your account balance. Please note that the currency is in USD. Account Info - Life Cycle. Please note, for Calling Card accounts, there is no expiry on Validity of the account even if the balance is zero. • Can I change customer dashboard panel password? o No, you cannot change your password through BrilVoice Dashboard -Account Info -Web self-care page. • How do set call forwarding Number? o You can configure your call forwarding number through BrilVoice Dashboard - Account Info - Follow Me - Add option. Can I set more than one call forwarding number? o Yes, you can set multiple forwarding numbers and define priority and timeout duration. • Can I change my Web Interface Language? o Yes, you can select your preferred language through BrilVoice Dashboard Account Info Web Self-care - Web Interface Language. • Do I have an option to choose my own Music on Hold? o Yes, you can upload your preferred Music on Hold through BrilVoice Dashboard Account Info - Service feature - Voice calls - Music on Hold. • Can I download my call history? o Yes, you can check your call history by date and click on Download to save Records in *.csv format. • Can I check voicemail through Customer Dashboard Panel? o Yes, you can check voicemail through Customer Dashboard Panel - Messages, available for Premium Plan only. • Can I receive voicemail with attachment on my email address? o Yes, you can configure voicemail setting to receive voicemail in *.mp3 format through email. • Who can I contact if I have any other problems? o Contact Brilvoice Support Centre No. +1 954 507 1500 or Email at [email protected] if you have any problems regarding Brilvoice Premium Plan or Brilvoice Calling Card Service.
