Designed with Indoor Air Quality in Mind. York’s Millennium Rooftops offer great air quality enhancing features, including:
Angled condenser coils provide built-in hail protection.
A wide variety of indoor motor horsepower and efficiency options.
• Standard double wall construction to help protect against microbial growth and keep fiberglass insulation from the airstream.
• Heating system choices for any application: natural or propane gas, electric resistance, and hot water or steam heat.
• Stainless steel drain pan that eliminates standing condensate.
Rugged Design.
• Full range of air supply flows and static pressure combinations for multiple discharge and return air arrangements. • Independent 10-ton intertwined circuits provide excellent unloading capability and humidity control. • Power exhaust system with forward curved blower exhausts up to 100% of nominal air.
Heavy-duty Class II supply air blower delivers air against up to 4 inches of static resistance. Available in Polyurethane covering constant or variable air volume. on distributor tubing protects against wear.
Meeting ISO 9001 standards, York’s facility delivers quality-built units that are durable and reliable. Every Millennium Rooftop is completely computer run-tested to ensure the best performance possible. And to extend the life of the unit and reduce maintenance costs, each Millennium features: • A solid steel frame with exterior and interior walls for maximum durability.
Powder paint resists corrosion and has passed a rigorous 1000-hour salt spray test.
Sloped roof has drip lip.
Energy-efficient economizer allows up to 100% outside air for low cost cooling.
Industrial-duty scroll compressors provide quiet and dependable operation.
Double wall construction for cleanliness and durability.
Sloped stainless steel drain pan discharges at 3 gallons per minute. Removable pan is easy to clean.
A variety of exhaust air options keeps building pressure at just the right level.
Hinged and latched door on both sides of the unit make it easy to reach all major components.
