Ovens. Technique and use. Using the highest quality stainless steel and glass, our ovens and compact appliances combine beautifully to deliver a timeless, elegant and stylish finish to any kitchen with sleek, co-ordinated lines and matching panels.
Safety and comfort Cool touch front* Quadruple glazing incorporated into the ventilated door design keeps the front door temperature between 40°C -60°C. This saves energy and ensures a safe environment for you and your children in the kitchen. Automatic safety switch-off* In the event that the appliance senses no further instructions after a specific time period, it will switch off automatically, this is dependent on the temperature after 30min10hours.
Design Automatic programmes* AutoPilot: Simply use the automatic programmes from Bosch and your favourite dishes will be cooked or grilled to perfection. Easy operation: Choose the program, add the weight of your dish and the preferences. Symbol electronics: Easy to operate due to interactive symbols. Bake Sensor* The Bake sensor monitors the conditions within the oven and automatically adjusts the baking process. This automatic baking system allows for the preparation of a wide range of baked goods and convenience goods. Meat probe* The Meat probe takes the guess work out of cooking. It measures the temperature of the meat at three separate points for increased accuracy and has a builtin temperature gauge. As the meat probe attaches to the oven, when the core temperature has reached the
programmed temperature the oven will switch off. It is ideal when trying to determine the readiness of meat and poultry. XXL oven cavity* The external dimensions of the new ovens are the same but the inner cavity has become XXL in size. There is no other 60 cm wide oven, which offers as much space, with a capacity of up to 71 litres. With 10 % larger baking trays offering space for loads of pastries as well as for a large turkey. Quick heat (automatic/manual)* The quick start oven heating system will ensure that oven reaches the desired temperature up to 35% faster without consuming more energy, e.g. it takes only 5 minutes to reach 180°C. Soft closing door* A hidden dampening mechanism in the door hinge allows for a soft closing door, increasing comfort and decreasing noise.
Cleaning EcoClean Direct* This function means that there is almost no cleaning required after use. This is thanks to a special coating that automatically absorbs grime. The grime is broken down and distributed around the microscopic ceramic spheres in the lining. During cleaning oxygen is released and this helps burn away the grime deposits trapped in the lining. EcoClean’s special lining regenerates itself when heated; this ensures it will remain fully functional throughout the product’s life-span.

Choosing the right cooking programme. Our modern ovens offer a range of specialist programmes designed to ensure ideal conditions and perfect end results, whatever you’re cooking.
Top/bottom heat Top/ bottom heat is the classical heating method for all items you want to bake or roast.
Plate warming Pre-heated crockery keeps food warmer for longer – making every meal a little more special.
4-D Hot Air* By means of 4-D Hot Air, cooking cakes and biscuits can be prepared on up to four levels at the same time.
Hot Air Eco Is optimised for cooking and baking on one level with 100% perfect results using 30% less energy!
Separate bottom heat Separate bottom heat allows you to brown cakes and pastries or to heat dishes in a Bain Marie.
Pizza function* The pizza level combines hot air cooking and bottom heat. This is ideal when preparing frozen food like pizza or French fries without preheating.

Large surface grill The large surface grill is ideal when you would like to prepare fish, steaks or toast in the oven. It’s also suited for au gratin dishes.
Small surface grill When you use the small surface grill only the middle part of the grill-heating element is heated. This is the ideal setting for small amounts, e.g. four slices of toast. Intensive heat Intensive heat is ideal for pizza, bread and frozen food because of the unsurpassed strong bottom heat.
Defrost The defrosting heating method is perfect for gentle defrosting of frozen food items.
Keep warm function The keep warm function keeps the correct temperature for a longer period of time. Plates and cups are kept at the correct temperature by means of the preheat function.

If cooking is your passion and style is your forte, then a Bosch hob is for you. There is a wide range of induction and ceramic hobs to choose from. As you would expect from Bosch, all are made using high quality materials, are easy to use and add versatility, style and elegance to any kitchen.
Automatic boil start* On 4 cooking zones, the automatic boil-start function provides automatic switch-over to simmering without loss of energy. Just turn to “A”, and right back to the desired heat setting, and the electronic controls will provide quick heat and automatic ramp-down. No manual adjustment required. Residual heat indicator* Red lights in a central display field indicate whether the cooking zones are still too hot to be touched. The remaining heat can be used to keep food warm.
Frying sensor* Food is perfectly browned thanks to a sensor control function. The Frying Sensor measures the bottom of the pan and controls the temperature of the pan. This is a energy-saving feature. Extendable cooking zone* Fitting individual cooking zones to the saucepans to be used – that’s a flexible and energy-saving approach to cooking, especially when the cooking zone sizes correspond to standard sizes of utensils. Switch-over via sensor touchpad or push-button on the hob.
Touch control with display* On the majority of ceramic hobs – the dual-circuit or roasting zone can be added by the touch of a finger on the touchpad embedded in the ceramic hob. An indicator lamp in the touchpad confirms the activated zone. Being sealed in, the sensor pad is totally impervious to cleaning with water or wiping cloths.

Smart design Square design pan supports don’t just look good, but provide more stability for pots and pans. Cleverly designed to fit together, they are separate pieces which make them easy to handle and clean. The elegant tempered glass base allows for a choice of surface mounting for quick and easy installation, or flush mounting which gives a continuous sleek worktop effect.
Safety you can rely on A Quick Stop main switch allows all gas burners on the hob to be turned off quickly and locked if needed, for instance if you have to answer the phone or door. Flame failure device This is a device designed to stop the flow of flammable gas being supplied to the burner when the flame is extinguished. This prevents the dangerous build-up of gas within the appliance.

Bosch extractors. Fresh air in every kitchen. An absolute “must” in all kitchens, because the cooker hood not only extracts bothersome cooking odours as they occur, but also captures the greasy fumes that would otherwise settle on every surface.
Ducted or recirculated air – whatever is right for your kitchen With the cooker hoods of the ducted extraction type, the kitchen air extracted by the fan is ducted to a vent through an outside wall (telescopic wall outlet) or into an air shaft. In contrast to the exhaust-air principle, which exchanges the air in the kitchen, the recirculating system scrubs the cooking fumes by passing them through grease filters and activated charcoal filters. The clean air is then returned to the kitchen. Flexible design – a wide range for all requirements Our range of cooker hoods provides the right solution for every kitchen situation. The contemporary styling of our superb line of chimney hoods, for example, adds that professional touch to any kitchen. Island extractors form the centre piece of a kitchen, situated above independently placed worktops. Chimney extractors are especially designed to be fitted against walls. Canopy-style cooker hoods are fitted into specially prepared cupboards. Extraction power Maximum extraction is measured with a round pipe 15 Ø cm, 1m high x 3m long pipe at a 90° angle. Recirculation generally reduces extraction by 25% due to the more resistant filter system.
Soft light The dimmer function on our SoftLight appliances means that you can regulate the brightness of your work station – soft light to illuminate you kitchen or direct light onto your hob. Run-on facility Just the thing for effective room ventilation. Once activated the function ensures that the ventilation runs on for up to ten minutes after use, before automatically switching itself off.

EcoSilenceTM drive This revolutionary brushless motor is quieter and more energy efficient than all others before it. Plus, with two to three levels of sound insulation and targeted spray jets, the result is a dishwasher that’s even quieter.
Intensive zone New Intensive Zone option is the solution for mixed loads. Heavily soiled and delicate dishes are perfectly cleaned in the same cycle. The entire lower basket is converted into a heavy duty cleaning zone by increasing water pressure and the cleaning temperature in the lower basket, whilst water pressure stays according to the selected program in the upper basket.
Rackmatic The height of the dishwashers top basket can easily be adjusted by 5cm, even when fully loaded. This means that bulky items such as tall glasses in the top basket or large plates in the bottom one can easily be accommodated without having to rearrange absolutely everything. Vario Speed Plus This feature allows you to wash VarioSpeed Plus a full load of dishes up to three times faster. With a touch of a button, rinsing time is reduced by up to 66% (three times), but without having to compromise on cleaning quality. Dishes still get hygienically cleaned and dried but it is done quickly. This is ideal for busy households or when entertaining.
