Ground Transportation When Artist provides own transportation, secure parking is required for 1 vehicle near stage door of venue for load-in and load-out and for the duration of the show. When Artist arrives by means other than own transportation, Purchaser shall provide ground transportation to and from airport, hotel and venue. Artist requires a vehicle large enough to transport 6 people (7 people, when traveling with guest), luggage, merchandise and instruments. Accommodation Purchaser shall provide 6 Single Rooms (non-smoking) in Hotel with Fitness Center if possible. Purchaser shall pre-pay for rooms and provide Artist with confirmation numbers and contact address, phone and fax numbers. When Artist travels in own vehicle, hotel parking will be paid by Purchaser. Evening Meal Hot meal in local restaurant, after sound check. Artist has no specific dietary needs. If catering is to be provided at venue, the use of foam/plastic packaging is to be avoided, if possible. Dinner buy-out option is also available at $25 or €20 per person. Dressing Room One Clean Dressing Room, heated or air conditioned, and secure from audience. Coffee, Tea, Milk. (Cups to be ceramic or paper. Plastic/foam packaging to be avoided if possible) Mineral Water Fruit Juice (Organic when possible, preferably in paper or glass packaging.) Selection of Beers & 1 Bottle of Red Wine Selection of light food snack items – chocolate, fruit, cheese, sandwiches. For the Stage 5 bottles of still mineral water per half, where an interval is scheduled.
