The unit BUXM12 can be used either as a receiver or as a transmitter unit. The integrated highly sensitive radio modem allows monitoring the connections within a complex communication network. It provides the exact attenuation by measuring constantly the RSSI values. The other monitoring parameters like temperature, sense of input signals, power voltages are also aviable via the fully web based interface (TCP/IP) on the unit. To maintain redundancy, the unit can connect two independently powered (RF) coaxial cables together automatically with the built-in switch if one of the cables have been broken.The module can be DC powered via the coax cable.
