How to use this Benefit? To get started, simply follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Buy your Fitbug online
Log on to AIAVitality.com.sg and click on the Fitbug link under Fitness Devices.
You will be redirected to the Fitbug online shop where you can purchase your device at discounted price.
Note: local postage and packaging fees apply to all delivery orders on the online Fitbug shop.
Step 2: Register your device, download the Fitbug app from iTunes or Google store and start earning points
Once you have purchased your device, Fitbug will send you an email with your login information.
Use these details to log onto www.fitbug.sg/aiavitality to access your account and to complete the online registration.
For Go device users
After successfully registering your Fitbug profile, you need to download the Bug Manager software from https://www.fitbug.sg/bugupload.
With Bug Manager, you will be able to upload and track your steps online and earn AIA Vitality Points.
Make sure you upload your steps regularly to Bug Manager so you continue to earn AIA Vitality Points.

After successfully registering your device and account, you can start to earn AIA Vitality Points when you track your steps and upload them through AIA Vitality.
AIA Vitality Points AIA Vitality Points will be awarded as follows, depending on how many steps you take per day:
You will earn 50 points for 7,500 – 12,499 steps per day
You will earn 100 points for >=12,500 steps per day
You will only earn AIA Vitality Points for one physical activity a day, which includes gym/yoga session, walking, running and other activities tracked with fitness monitor devices such as Polar, miCoach, Fitbug. Should you have exercised more than once a day, we will record only the highest points earning activity. Your AIA Vitality Points will be reflected on your online AIA Vitality Points Statement within 48 hours after your data is uploaded. Please note: Your Fitbug device will automatically reset itself if you do not upload your exercise data to www.fitbug.sg/aiavitality weekly. Your Fitbug device can only store your exercise data for 14 days. You will not earn AIA Vitality Points for data you didn’t upload. Important points to remember
Local postage and packaging fees apply to all delivery orders on the online Fitbug shop.
Heart rate, pace and/or calorie data will be accepted from one fitness device a day for each member for points allocation purposes (i.e. if you have a miCoach and Polar device and submit data from both devices on one day, you will be awarded points for the activity that results in the highest number of points for that day).
There is a limit of 15,000 AIA Vitality Points you can earn per membership year which apply to all physical activities, including gym, yoga, organized fitness events (such as marathon), and other activities tracked using monitor devices (such as Polar, miCoach, Fitbug).
You must route through our website AIAVitality.com.sg to Fitbug online shop to receive the AIA Vitality discount.
If your AIA Vitality membership ends, you will no longer earn AIA Vitality Points when you use your Fitbug device to record your workouts. However you can continue to use your Fitbug step counter on www.fitbug.sg/aiavitality in your personal capacity.
Your entitlement to, and enjoyment of, this Benefit is subject to the rules herein and the AIA Vitality Terms and Conditions (see www.aiavitality.com.sg/memberportal/terms_and_conditions). In the event of any conflict between this Benefit Guide and the AIA Vitality Terms and Conditions, the AIA Vitality Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
By following Steps 1 and 2 above, you acknowledge that you have read these rules, the AIA Vitality Terms and Conditions (see www.aiavitality.com.sg/memberportal/terms_and_conditions), including the disclaimers below, and that you accept and will be bound by the terms hereof.
In the event of dispute, the decision of AIA Singapore and Fitbug shall be final.
