STEP ONE:

Assemble one wheel (14337) on axle (14339) with a flat washer (10323) on the axle (14339) side of wheel (14337) and spacer (14374) on support sleeve (14375) side of wheel (14337). Slide resulting assembly together and clip cotter pin (14356) through hole in axle (14339).

With cart body (14335) on one side, align a frame (14605) hole with the corresponding body hole. Install one bolt(14334) with head to the inside of the body.Install flat washer (10320), lock washer (SJ10253), and hex nut (10939). Do not tighten until all bolts have been installed. Install remaining bolts then tighten until bolt heads are flush on the inside of the body.

STEP TWO: Slide axle assembly from step one through center holes (see note below) of frame (14605). Assemble remaining wheel (14337) on axle by installing a spacer (14374) between the frame (14605) and the wheel (14337) and a flat washer (10323) on the other side of the wheel (14337). Secure assembled wheels and axle to frame with hitch pin clip (14356).
