CA-BT1 Bluetooth Speaker Adapter Box Contents • Bluetooth Speaker Adapter • RCA to 3.5mm adapter cable • AC Power adapter • Owner’s guide with connection diagram Caution • Do not plug the power adapter in until all connections are made. • Use only the AC power adapter supplied. • Keep the CA-BT1 away from sources of extreme heat, such as stereo amplifiers, space heaters, stoves, and heat vents. • Use a dry cloth for cleaning. Do not wipe any part of the system with cleaning solvents, such as furniture wax, bleach, benzene, acetone, or ammonia.
First Time Connection 1. Plug in the AC power adapter into the power input jack 2a. Plug the RCA end of the RCA adapter cable in to the CA-BT1 with the other end of the cable plugged into a speaker with 3.5mm input jack OR 2b. Plug the 3.5mm end of the RCA adapter cable into the CA-BT1 with the RCA end plugged into an AV system OR 2c. Use a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable (not included) with one end plugged into the CA-BT1 and the other end of the cable plugged into a speaker with 3.5mm input jack 3. Press the CA-BT1 power button; you will hear beep and the button will blink Red and Blue. The adapter is now in pairing mode 4. Then search your source device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.) Bluetooth settings for device name “CA-BT1” and tap to connect 5. After successful connection, your speakers will beep a connected sound, and the CA-BT1 power light will turn to solid blue. Reconnection Press the power button and the CA-BT1 will automatically reconnect to the last paired device if it is nearby. Pair with new device After the adapter is switched on; press and hold for 3 seconds; you will hear the pairing sound indicator and the power button will blink in Red and Blue. The CA-BT1 is now in pairing mode and you can connect your speakers with a new Bluetooth device.
