System Overview The standard system cubicle (SE) together with the cubicle itself, the expansion accessory program represents a method of construction, which fully satisfies today’s and future requirements.

One cubicle for factories and workshops One cubicle benefiting from consistent system designs: s Easy to use and versatile in the satisfaction of technical requirements (mechanical and electrical seal, good corrosion protection). s Easy to project due to the 25 mm grid in height, width and depth (CAD and CAM application). s Easy to install due to accurately machined parts and the use of self- tapping screws without nuts, washers and springs. s Easy to transport due to the space-saving design and high strength The SE cubicle uses screw fasteners and consists of the frame, the panelling and the individual parts. The frame consists of sendzimir galvanized steel profiles interconnected by corner connector’s and fishplates.

The profiles have two mounting flanges with the system perforations and an additional row of holes for securing the panelling. The profiles can be mounted as standard in all three coordinates. The door is of symmetrical design and can therefore be hinged either at the left or right. A flange can be mounted so that standard doors can overlap. Punched supports are fitted for installation of accessories (instruments, circuit diagram pockets, cable guides etc.). The door is ready to be fitted with a seal. The side and rear, roof and base panels are of identical design. All edges are curved and they are secured to the frame for earthing, by means of permanently fitted screws with a cupped gripping point Removable parts, as for example the 19" rack support, the hinged frames, the mounting plates and parts for the connection areas etc. are galvanized and are mounted in the system grid by means of self tapping screws. Ancillary parts like roller sets, filters, fans etc. can be fitted at any time. The cubicle is ready to be fitted with seals to give protection against foreign bodies (water, dust) and/ or for Electro-magnetic disturbance fields (HF).

Intermediate Post This post allows for the division of a larger frame into smaller sections. For example a 1200mm (nom) wide frame can be fitted with Z x 600 (nom) panes which can be removed separately. These pictures show the intermediate post fitted to w- style profile.

The 19" unit support is secured in the cubicle frame by means of items 1.1 to 1.3 as well as the hexagon head screw, item 1.4.

19" unit support This support unit provides for variable fixed installation in the SE cabinet. For installation of 19" front panels and 19" units. For mounting in the system holes of the U-struts and the universal strap. Material: Steel Surface: Galvanized and white chromate

19" hinged frames 19" hinged frames can be fitted in cubicles with a nominal width of 600 mm and above. Special adapter parts make it possible to mount these in 800 and 900mm wide cubicles even without using spacer struts. The hinged frames can be mounted both at the left and the right, at any height. Doors There are four standard door styles available. The style required depends entirely on the application and the price level. All doors are manufactured from zinc seal material. Doors can be hinged on left or right hand side. Style A Single point locking Protection class IP 40

Door – style C. Three point locking (deluxe) Filler profile
The filler profile used for mounting the labelling strip and for the locking rod with the door closed. Material: Aluminum
Note: If spacer posts are to be fitted to the door side of the cubicle frame, for example in order to install two overlapping doors, then two filler profiles with the nominal length of the relevant door width must be provided. Dimension B = nominal width

Door- accessories Flap door The fascia will be mounted to the rack by means of a special filler profile. If combined with a door, the change over from the fascia to the door is realised by connecting profile. The diagram below shows a door fitted to the top half of cabinet. Door is hinged horizontally.

Panels All stand panels are fitted to the frame by means of special countersunk screws. The screws have a cutting-ring in the head that penetrates the painted surface and allows earthing. There is no need earth panel to frame with wire lead. Material: steel Surface: zinc seal and painted

Shielding components Shielding components have been specifically designed for our SE Cabinet range. Doors and panels can still be removed without compromising the shielding components. Specific areas of the cabinet are left unpainted to ensure conductivity.

IP 54 Cabinets can be made to suit IP 54 applications by the use of rubber gaskets in the panels and doors. The diagram shows the door rubber seals. All panels and doors can be removed without compromising the integrity IP 54 seals.

Dress Components This frame covers in an optical attractive way the clearance between the rack and the built in subracks. It can be fitted later. 2 versions are available: 1. for cabinet without door 2. for cabinet with door
