Y3K Technical Support Manuals, Instructions and Software for products purchased at Y3K can be found at http://factory.y3k.com CABLING INSTRUCTIONS A Use the TP1S5P Lead to connect multiple cameras to one power supply AUDIO OUT To Camera or PNP Cable MONITOR OUT To Camera or PNP Cable Contents power lead 1x Camera 1x PNP Cable (PNP20/40 or PNP20/40/80/120X) 1x Scart Block (SCARTPS) 2x Phono to BNC Connectors (PSBNCP) 1x Power Supply Connecting Lead & Connectors (MONCL1/2/3)* 1x DC Socket to 5 DC Plugs Lead (TP1S5P)* Connect DVR to TV/Monitor Multi Camera Systems To other Cameras or PNP Cable Power Supply for camera(s) TP121250, TP123500 (Do not use DVR PSU) TP1S5P AUDIO IN TO TV VIDEO IN Use BNC Output to Scart Connection Lead. (MONCL1/2/3) Camera power lead RED power jack RED power jack B MAINS POWER Power Supply for camera If available,** use SVHS to SVHS Connection Lead. (MONCL1S/2S) If you have no Scart, connect the Monitor Out to YELLOW if the TV has AV connections (RED, YELLOW & WHITE). Select AV channel. OR TV SCARTPS Connect DVR to PC Monitor MONITOR OUT VCR C Connect to PC with BNC to VGA Adapter. (BNC2VGA) OR PSBNCP BNC Input YELLOW Phono Video lead PNP20/40 or PNP20/40/80/120X YELLOW Phono Video lead PSBNCP PCI CARD FOR PC D OR DVR CCTV MONITOR If available,** use VGA Output to connect to PC. Inputs Monitor Out Note: Connecting Camera(s) LCD/VGA Out For one or multi camera DVR systems, ensure a video connection is made to the Channel 1 input at the back of the DVR. VIDEO IN BNC2VGA Audio connection PHONO audio socket Optional WHITE audio lead Only used if camera has audio To Connect Cable to Camera Connect the power lead coming from the came ra on cable Connect the BNC connector Connect this male BNC WHITE audio lead Only used if camera has audio to the BNC input from the camera to YELLOW Video Phono lead on cable Connect RED power jack to the mains power supply to the power supply cable Connect YELLOW Video Phono lead Failure to connect a camera to Channel 1 will make the DVR unresponsive to any video signal. To Connect Cable to a PCI Card, DVR or CCTV Monitor To Connect Cable to TV/VCR to the RED power jack CH1 Connect the audio to the corresponding white plug on the SCARTPS or Connect to Phono Input - connect this to the SCARTPS block Connect SCART block to TV or VCR If the camera has audio, connect the WHITE Audio lead to the corresponding WHITE input on the SCARTPS block Connect RED power jack to the mains power supply to the power supply cable - connect this Connect the BNC connector to YELLOW Video Phono lead on cable Connect the male BNC to the female BNC input on the recording device (PCI Card or DVR) or professional CCTV Monitor. If the camera has audio, connect the WHITE Audio lead to the corresponding input on the PCI Card/DVD unit/CCTV monitor To Connect Camera to TV * Items will only be included if they have been placed in the order ** Depending on DVR model If you do not have a professional monitor and your TV has AV connections (RED, YELLOW & WHITE), connect YELLOW to YELLOW and select the AV channel or connect the YELLOW lead to the YELLOW on the SCARTPS
