LCC4-series Cable Chase Description: The LCC4 cable chase is a three piece accessory for Lowell 44U ganging racks. The cable chase is engineered to provide extra wiring space between racks or at the end of a multi-bay configuration. Each cable chase offers 4" of useable space and features beveled edges, a bolt-on front, rear, and top, plus joining hardware. To facilitate cable entry, the top piece is complete with compound knockouts size 2"-1". When the channel is used between racks the beveled edges align to those of the rack providing a "chiseled" appearance. When the channel is used on a single rack or at the end of a bay, closure may be accomplished using one of Lowell's standard side panels. Each three-piece raceway assembles with 10-32 nuts (provided) to welded press studs and mounts with bolts provided to the rack. No field drilling is required! Simply insert four bolts through the channel assembly to secure it to the rack. If a side panel is desired, the panel mounts to keyhole slots in the channel. Each cable chase is formed from 16-gauge steel finished in black wrinkle powder epoxy, and ships unassembled with hardware.
A & E Specifications: The add-on cable chase for Lowell open-frame ganging racks shall be model _____________. It shall mount to rack model (LGR4422, LGR-4427, LGR-4432, LGR-4436). The cabe chase shall provide 4" of cable management space on the side of specified rack. Field mounting shall be accomplished without drilling. Channel shall be 16-gauge steel with powder epoxy finish.
