Cable Glands CX Industrial Brass Glands
Suitable for use with all types of Wire Braid Armour, Strip Armour, Pliable Wire Armour and Steel Tape Armoured (STA) cables for either indoor or outdoor environments. Provides an IP66 seal to the cable’s outer sheath.
Mechanical armour wire retention and electrical continuity is provided by a detachable armour cone and AnyWay universal clamping ring, which allows for easy removal of the gland body for testing without disturbing the clamping arrangement. Metric male threads are rated at IP54, which can be increased to IP66 with a nylon thread washer.
Manufactured as standard from high quality brass grade CuZn39Pb3 to CW614N, other materials are available including aluminium and stainless steel, to order .

Available from stock in kit form which includes: gland, short circuit tested brass earthtag, galvanised steel or brass locknut and PVC or LSFZeroHalogen shroud.
