AXIOM™ Calibrating the Temperature Sensor Calibration of the temperature sensor is mandatory when a new sensor installed or a new control board is installed. Tools Required: • Flat blade screwdriver (small tip) • Digital thermometer or Digital multimeter w/ thermistor This calibration is preformed in Level 3 programming. Step 1: Disconnect power to the brewer and then remove the top panel to gain access to the internal components. Step 2: Gently pry the temperature sensor grommet out of the tank to provide an opening to the tank (ensure the temp sensor maintains contact with the water). Step 3: Reconnect power to the brewer and then enter programming by pressing and holding the right hidden switch. Step 4: Press and release the right hidden switch to scroll thru BrewWIZARD®, (Level 1 programming). Step 5: When you have reached the ENTER PASSWORD screen appears press and hold the right hidden switch until CAL TEMPERATURE SENSOR appears. Select YES. Step 6: Insert digital thermometer into tank after moving the grommet surrounding the temperature sensor just enough to gain access for thermometer. Step 7: The temperature of the water will appear on the screen, compare this number to the number shown on the thermometer. Adjust the temperature as needed using the plus/minus keys as needed.
