Compact size – with 3 housing cross-sections in different length – automVimation's enclosures are only a little larger than a camera with lens and connectors. 2. Good heat dissipation – most cameras are cooler inside this housing compared with free camera mounting 3. Flexible and fast and vibration proof mounting of the camera inside the enclosure with Quick-lock module (flexible lengthwise position and image angle). 4. Different rear wall options allow to connect large connectors and / or multiple cables to the camera. 5. Large range of mounting brackets allowing to adjust the enclosure to any requirements 1 –. Mounting of autovimation light holder mounting arms to any side of the enclosure 2. 6. Room for large lenses and even ring-lights. The 2" window allows the attachment of the sind curtain. The 3" window is suitabgle for wide angle lenses. Alternatively a larger ring light can be monted directly behind the front window. 5.3 Different rear wall options Rear Wall A: Corugated PA tube system - refer to the Salamander section for details. Rear Wall C: Large, M32 cable gland with full seal insert for self-drilling. This allows customisation to the cable diameters, feeding though more than one cable and connectors up to 26mm diameter. Another option is the use of a smooth metal conduit tube with PVC coating (refer to the next section). Please contact autoVimation for any special cabling requirements. 5.4 Accessories for Orca enclosures Ring light mount A ring light mount is available for all Orca enclosures with 3" front window. This spider adapter plate for Orca 3" allows to mount ring lights with diameter up to 78mm directly into the front lid, close to the front window. This protects the light and avoids back reflection into the camera lens.
