BV-C3350 has a beam splitter and two CMOS sensors. Each sensor is located with an offset in order to focus on the different plane which is to be inspected. For instance, it is effective if the dust or scratch on the surface and bottom of glass are inspected at the same time.. As sensors are installed based on customer’s inspection objects, this is BTO product.

BV-C3300 has the same system inside except the sensor layout. Two sensors are installed in phase. Built-in beam splitter separates the incident light into P wave and S wave and each light focuses on each sensor. BV-C3300 can take both images of reflected and refracted lights at the same time.

BV-C3500 line scan camera employs a newly developed beam splitter and equips two sensors, one for visible and the other for SWIR wave length in order to cover wide spectral range. As BV-C3500 uses only one lens, both sensors have the same optical axis so that it is easy to inspect objects with wide range wave length.

BV-C3100 line senor camera employs an InGaAs sensor which has spectral response from 900nm to 1600nm and is appropriate for non-destructive inspection such as food inspection and solid state wafer inspection. The interface is Camera Link 10 bit base configuration. The lens mount can be selected either M52 mount or C mount. BV-C3201 which equips two same InGaAs sensors is also available. The output is alternatively readout from each sensor and as the result, the line rate is doubled. As a new addition, BV-C3101 will be available. This uses an InGaAs sensor with 1200nm to 2600nm spectral response. This is BTO (Build to Order) product.

BV-C2900 is a SWIR(Short Wave IR) camera with VGA resolution. An used sensor is InGaAs, 20µm square pixel and global shutter system, and its wave length is 900nm to 1600nm. BV-C2900 uses Camera Link base configuration or GigE Interface conforming to GigE Vision® and GenICamTM. Lens mount is C mount and lens to be used should have 1 inch format or bigger. Note: BV-C3500, BV-C3100, BV-C3201, BV-C3101 and BV-2900 are in the scope of Export Trane Control Order and require Export License.
Lens for SWIR camera Bluevision has lenses having SWIR wave length. 28mm, 35mm , 50mnm and 105mm are available. These lenses are designed to use with prism based line scan cameras. Bluevision offers also C mount type for mentioned line up using an adaptor.

BV-C1800 employs a newly developed CMOS sensor having 64 times multi sampling to achieve ultra high sensitive image without sacrificing a frame rate. It is 1.3 Mega pixels sensor and BV-C1800 provides HDTV formats such as 720P30, 1080P30, 1080i30, and uses HD-SDI interface.

These are 1/3 inch compact color camera series. BV-C2130H and BV-C1130H use 1 Mega pixel, 1280(H) x 720(V) and BV-C1060H uses 480K for NTSC and 570K for PAL. BV-C2130H has a capability of external sync by HD/VD and BV-C1060H has line lock capability. Both BV-C2130Hand BV-C1130H equip HD-SI output.
