We identified a need to provide these solutions to our customers who were already buying cards from us. Subsequently, we found that solutions designed for one customer can be offered to our other customers since their requirements were similar. Hence, we developed standardized solutions for their needs. Our solutions have been deployed by numerous customers over a period of years. LOYALTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Our web based Loyalty Management System is available 24/7 allowing for data to be retrieved anytime, anywhere. We provide single or multi-partner program setup, which allows the operator to run a simple loyalty program or a multi-partner loyalty program. Our user-friendly interface is intuitive and easy to use, which allows quick learning and acceptance. The Loyalty Management System can be customized to suit various areas including retail shops, telecommunication providers, hotels, membership clubs, insurers and food & beverage outlets.

We have also developed a mobile application, Pointzmatter, which works in tandem with our Loyalty Management System to bring the benefits of the system to smart phone users.
POINTZMATTER mobile app is a cardless or virtual card app that allows the user to keep all his/her “cards” on the smart phone. The user is able to check on the status of his points, transact to collect or redeem points, look for store locations, receive notifications and coupons for special deals. GIFT CARD/PREPAID CARD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Our system works with EDC terminals, readers, POS systems, and smart phones. The cards can be magnetic stripe, contact or contactless smart card. Easy to deploy, flexible and affordable for the operator. The system enables the operator to collect money upfront and have better control over cash flow.
E-VOUCHER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Instead of printing and issuing vouchers to their customers, merchants can now issue electronic vouchers (e-vouchers). Vouchers can be distributed to the customers through SMS’s, emails, or smart phone notifications. E-vouchers are cheaper and more effective to implement compare to paper vouchers.

MYKAD BASED APPLICATIONS The MyKad-based Registration System is a reliable and efficient system that can read data from MyKad (also known as the Malaysian Government Multi-Purpose Card) for registration purposes. By inserting the MyKad into a smart reader, the user’s card details are retrieved and displayed on the screen. For additional security, a biometric reader can be used to identify the user by scanning his/her thumbprint. The information retrieved from the card can be stored for use at a later time. PICTURE CARD SYSTEM This solution allows users to design and submit card orders online. Customers are able to personalize a single card and submit the design for printing and production. Our system has been used by financial institutions to produce personalized EMV credit and debit cards. This offering allows the operators to up sell their card products by providing a distinctive customer value.
