A direct access 30-station memory offers 18 FM and 12 AM presets. 4 or 25V / 70V - speaker - pre-amp 1/4 tuner, one auxiliary input and three balanced mic inputs. All sources are mixable, with individual gain controls. The mic 1 input VOX mutes all other channels with an adjustable muting level. Separate bass and treble controls allow ±12dB adjustment, and a 4-note chime button provides a pleasant pre-page tone. 235W 31.7 lbs (14.4 kg) 161/2 (420 mm) x 51/4 (132 mm) x 11 (279 mm) The amplifier output has auto-resetting thermal protection circuitry and a 4second power-up output delay for speaker protection. Indication of protection circuit activation, 7-step amplifier output levels and AC power is provided by front-panel LEDs, as well as speaker outputs for either low impedance 4 loads or switchselectable 25V/70V high impedance loads. Two zone outputs are supplied for high impedance loads, and are independently selectable from the front panel. The POP-60 & POP-120 are 115 or 230VAC powered, and come packaged in shelf mount enclosures. POP-60/120 Architectural and Engineering Specifications The cassette mixer receiver shall be a monaural amplifier capable of ________ [60/POP-60 or 12/POP-120] watts RMS output. An auto-reverse full-logic-controlled cassette deck shall provide record and playback capabilities, and a mode switch shall allow selection of single side, autoreverse or continuous playback functions. The cassette deck module shall allow easy front removable for service. A digital AM/FM tuner shall offer an 18 FM and 12 AM station preset memory and manual or stationseeking up/down tuning. Inputs shall be provided for 3 microphone and 1 line level auxiliary. Mic 1 input shall be located on the front panel, and feature automatic voiceactivated muting of all other channels. The muting level shall be adjustable. All sources shall be fully mixable, with individual gain controls for each channel. A master volume control shall regulate total amplifier output. Bass and treble controls shall provide 12dB boost or cut at 100Hz and 10KHz. A frontpanel chime button shall provide a 4-tone signal for pre-announcement applications. The chime shall mute all channels except Mic 1. Line level pre-amp output (post-tone- controls & pre-master) and power amp input jacks (the latter normalized for a plug to break the internal pre-amp signal input to the amp) shall provide for bridging or connection of external signal processing equipment. Speaker outputs shall provide 4 or switch selectable 25V/70V outputs. Amplifier protection shall be provided by thermal sensing circuit, protecting against over-temperature and over-current. Amplifier output shall be disconnected for four seconds upon power-up for speaker protection. Seven front panel LEDs shall indicate amplifier output, from -24dB to +2dB, as well as protection circuit activation and power on indication. Two outputs for 25/70V speaker zones shall be provided, and selected by front panel switches. The amplifier section shall meet the following performance criterion: power output shall be ________ [60W/POP-60 or 120W/POP-120] RMS; total harmonic distortion shall be less than 1% at rated output at 1kHz; frequency response shall be 80Hz to 20kHz; and signalto-noise ratio shall exceed 95dB. Input sensitivity and impedance shall be 1.0 mV@ 10k for Mic 1-3 and 350 mV @ 10 k for auxiliary. The auto-reverse cassette deck shall meet the following performance criteria: frequency response shall be 125Hz to 6.3 KHz (-10dB) (-20dB recording, normal tape); wow and flutter shall be less than 0.05% (WRMS); and signal-to-noise ratio shall exceed 50dB. The tuner shall meet the following performance criteria: sensitivity shall be 2uV for FM and 12uV for AM; signal-to-noise ratio shall exceed 60dB for FM and 50dB for AM; and total harmonic distortion shall be less than 2% for both FM and AM. The cassette mixer receiver shall measure 16.5” (420mm) width x 5.25” (132mm) height x 11” (279mm) depth, and shall be shelf mounting. The power source shall be 115VAC @ 60 Hz and 230VAC @ 50 Hz. The power shall be controlled from a front-panel pushon/push-off switch, and indicated with a front-panel LED. The cassette mixer receiver shall be an InterM model ______ [POP-60 or POP-120].
