Attach the Patch Panel into the rack using the appropriate screws. Label Holder Machine Screws Thumb Nut 2. Prepare cable bundles (each bundle contains 6 cables). Note: Patch Panel AX105520 shown. Measure, mark and identify the cables for each port separately.     Ref. 5 cm (2 in.) 15.2 cm (6 in.) Ref. 5. Select the appropriate wiring method below (568A or 568B) and arrange pairs in straight line. 5 cm (2 in.) Position and insert the four pairs into the connector slots. Punch down each wire in sequence. Use pair splitter. May be terminated directly in the Patch Panel, with the 110 Connecting Tool, (supplied separately). Verify the Color Code: White/Blue matched to White/Blue! 6. Install the management bar on the rear side of the Patch Panel using the Thumb Nuts. 7. Wiring Scheme Card Apply the label holder on the patch panel above the connectors. Label installation: Affix the LabelFlex onto the cardboard strip located inside the label holder.
