Concrete foundation The foundation consists of five concrete elements connected sideways by two screw-bolts. Its construction allows to insert cables out of four directions from the cable channel. From the top of the foundation there are four screw-bolts used for placing the enclosure on the ground (fire screen bulkhead).

Fire-screen bulkhead Fire-screen bulkhead is used for separating the inside of the enclosure from the cable channel. After inserting the cables it is advised to fill in the fire-screen bulkhead with bituminous mass, which prevents against fire, harmful substances and rodents from getting inside the enclosure. The isle of cold
Configuration Growing productivity of servers contributes to the increase of heat dissipation in server rooms. Using conventional precise air-conditioning is in some cases insufficient or uneconomical. The most frequent problem is called “hot spots” which are the areas of higher temperature, located near the IT equipment with a lot of devices (for example blade type servers). The improvement of cooling conditions is achieved by separation of cool and hot areas. This solution limits uncontrollable mixture of hot air, that comes from IT devices with cold air which comes from the air-conditioners. We achieve further increase of effectiveness by limiting cubature of cold zones. It means housingup the corridor in “The Isle of Cold”. This kind of solution improves the effectiveness of air conditioning and reduces the costs of server room’s maintenance. In the corridor of cold we used cold air is emitted by air conditioners, which are placed under the technological floor or conditioners located between enclosures fitted in the corridor system. We offer standard solutions of the Isle of Cold in various dimensions, in order to meet with customers needs. Configuration of corridor result from the height of the isle and width. The height of the housing development is available as “Low” (the corridor’s height is equal to enclosure’s height) and as “High” (the corridor’s height is higher 240 mm than enclosure’s height). The corridor’s width is accessible in two alternative designs: 1000 mm or 1200 mm. There is also a possibility of designing non typical enclosures of the Isle of Cold. Special solutions are offered individually.

Roof module
Characteristic Roof module of the Isle of Cold was made as a metal frame with polycarbonate windows. The windows are mounted using magnets. In the middle of the roof construction there is a tray with rubber ductings. Thus, there is a possibility to insert additional installations inside the enclosure such as: environmental monitoring system, system of smoke detecting and many others. Enclosure’s Frame HYPERACK enclosure’s frame is a base for the configuration of IT, power industry, server enclosures and for industrial automation equipment and machines. The frame’s construction is vertically symmetrical, surfaces may be used interchangeably. Frame’s profiles are perforated. FAN SPEED AND HEATING MICROPROCESSOR CONTROLLER Fans’ controller of company AGMAR S.A . is totally independent device that regulates temperature inside the telecommunication, power energy and server enclosures. The controller operates with fans equipped with PWM signal and TACHO signal which gives possible to signalize a fan failure. The speed of fans depends on the temperature. The scope of temperature steering: 26 C to -60 C. Controlling of heating is performed by thermostat which is potential-free relay type (NO). It allows regulation of temperature to 25°C with a freely selected loop of hysteresis. The controller allows an alarm signalization due to two relays type NO/NC (selection of NO/NC is configurable in accordance with the customer’s needs).
