Voltage Detection / Reset ICs The ROHM Semiconductor voltage detector IC series include a wide selection of Reset ICs with high accurate detection of ±1% , low current consumption, small thin packages and wide range of detection voltages. They can be used for every kind of application equipped with micro controllers, CPUs or DSPs. Both CMOS and open drain output are available. Default SSOP packages are pin- and function-compatible, so they can be used as replacement for existing IC. Besides, a lineup of very small and thin packages allows compact layout implementation very close to the micro controllers.

While existing EDLCs have energy densities that are approximately 10% of a conventional battery, their power density is generally 10 to 100 times higher. This makes charge and discharge cycles of EDLCs much faster than batteries. Additionally, they tolerate more charge and discharge cycles than batteries.
